The hosts are very friendly. We liked everything. The houses are a bit old, but there is almost everything you need. There was no Internet on the TV, only a few channels were showing, and there were no cartoons for children. But we enjoyed the great nature and rest right on the shore of Sevan. The food is delicious. But there is little choice. If anything, they don't have sweets for coffee/tea. The nearest supermarket can be reached by taxi in 1000 rubles.

Pros: right next to the water, the water is very clean, there are almost no people, there are different ways to enter the water (by jumping, using stairs (ordinary or vertical, like in a pool), or gradually over rocks) there is a restaurant, a scooter can be rented. Cons: the restaurant is paid, there is nothing in the house - you need to ask everything, the houses are old (probably never restored, perhaps even Soviet-era buildings), the floors are creaky, dampness - all things in the house are always wet. I've seen everything, but this place is special!!! The purest huge lake Sevan. Landscapes like in the Lord of the Rings... the water is transparent... Just keep in mind, it's cool, you have to go in July and August, be careful with the sun, you can get burned unnoticed. The hostess Tomara and the team cook everything themselves, it's delicious at home. Clean, cozy, in short, I'm impressed 👍
