The connection to the Xr has fallen off. I gave it away for repair, but in the end it turned out that the board was bad. It was repaired very quickly. The phone is working great right now. I gave the sennheiser hd 25 headphones for repair (the right speaker stopped working completely). We had a dialogue about repairs for 2 weeks, offered affordable options, and I agreed. Then I asked a question about the cost of the job - I was ignored. For 2 weeks I've been writing about what kind of work is being done with my headphones - a total disregard in my direction. As a result, I had to go and pick up the headphones. The result: 4 wasted weeks and broken, disassembled headphones. Thanks for the work. I strongly do not recommend it!
