But over the past five years, I have been to small family celebrations more than once - this is exactly what you need. A small group of 20-30 people may well have a very good rest and delicious food. They cook very well and different dishes, there are questions about the service, but this is a profitable business, most importantly, a cozy, homely atmosphere. There is a small parking lot for cars. Unfortunately, I was there all the time in winter, perhaps at another time of the year I would have liked it even more.

I live in front of the Altyn Orda restaurant... all three years I have been calling the police at one or two o'clock in the morning so that they fine the owners of the restaurant for noise at night, not only the music "screams", but even the cries of visitors can be heard and what the toastmaster says ...
especially in summer, apparently the windows are open. It's a little quieter in winter. I have not personally visited it, but I think that if it is hot in the restaurant in summer, which explains the opening of all windows wide open, then air conditioners should be turned on, and not violate Article 437 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "violation of silence at night from 23 to 6 a.m.". By the way, I will say that the restaurant administration pays the fine and continues to violate the law, which the Aktobe police are unable to do anything about...
