Before that, I ate Meat in Kashkadarya, I expected just such an option - stewed meat in its own juice, a more dietary option. And they brought fried meat. A colleague ordered a leg of mutton. Both turned out to be essentially a cauldron of kabob without potatoes. Everything was delicious. But as I already wrote, I wanted a more dietary option.And also a little spoiled the impression of a couple of small bones, meat with bones, but probably it's probably better not to chop them roughly, but to use special equipment.
