The car was brought, not only did the person not specify whether it was possible to open the window (whether it was working properly) ( the car is 30 years old ) , it hasn 't been put back in yet , the traction hasn 't been installed , the door card is hanging on snot ( as I understand it , there were attempts to align the glass ) , they called with the problem that they couldn't start the car even after the owner said what to do ( that is , close and open the car ) They replied that they would just push her out 😂 It seems that people have been driving a BMW for the first time and have no idea what kind of car it is. I'll give you one star just for being polite. BMW vehicles avoid another disadvantage , arrived with one problem , left with a whole list ( without taking into account the fact that we already know all the sores )

for two. the bolts were drilled, only the heads were removed, the body remained in the thread, respectively, they did not bother to put new ones. they confused the new brake disc with the old one on the other hand, when a box with a new disc was lying next to it. They took a lot of money, but they still had to finish everything themselves.

For two ... I restored their set (front + back) levers on the e60, the first one failed after 3 months, then the rest ... in a year I replaced all the growls that I did. The first ones that failed were made by them under warranty, but again they were not nursed for three months.
