Everything was fine until one moment, which ruined the mood. We approached the administrator at the entrance to clarify the details of the pre—order - and were faced with such a cold, repulsive attitude that it instantly knocked down the whole mood. An arrogant expression on our face, as if we had come to ask for something unnecessary. Such an attitude is unacceptable in an institution of this level. I really want to believe that this is the exception, not the norm. I would really like to see friendly and friendly girls in such a responsible position as welcoming guests, rather than people with repulsive expressions and a cold attitude. The first meeting is the face of the restaurant, and that's where the impression begins.
