Convenient location, chic interior, decent kitchen.
Of the minuses: there was a residue after the celebration of NG. The seats were on the balcony, and the presenters worked only with the lower level. And so I wanted to participate too. You can watch others having fun at home on TV.
It's not pleasant!
I was pleased with the performance of the gypsy ensemble, thank you! The rest of the program is for a C grade with a stretch.. Be more selective when choosing artists for your institution.

We were at a New Year's corporate party. The dishes are delicious, all the salads and snacks are simply amazing. They delayed the hot one a little, no wonder, a full hall, probably under 250 people, to bring it to everyone at the same time, that's another task. The host of the evening, the guy, is just awesome, I'm sorry for not the most literary explanation. But the soloist of the muses.groups, in a green jacket.... Who would tell her to stop singing)))) It's not hers. The photo zone is very beautiful, but extremely dark. There's just not enough light. As a restaurant for dinner, I don't know, I'll have to come back and evaluate it.

A good place to relax. The assortment and quality of the menu dishes leave a pleasant impression. Comfortable chairs and sofas. Experienced administrators and correct service staff. A great karaoke room. There is only one disadvantage: during the corporate event, the dance floor is too small. As an estimate, I would put 4.6 out of 5.

It hasn't been worse yet. From the start, this "institution" has reached a level. The boarding was overplayed, the seats ran out before all the guests showed up. I had to bring various chairs to the tables from the neighboring rooms. The presenter is absolutely no, the program is last year's at best. According to conversations with friends, it's been the same for years. Santa Claus and the snow Maiden, depicting singing under the plus sign, and the soloist, who tried to sing, only aggravated the overall impression of the poor DJ playlist.
The kitchen is a separate song. Only the sliced meat turned out to be edible, which the chefs of this eatery could not put their hand to. The hot stuff turned out to be hot only on the menu. Cold, dry, overexposed meat refused to be swallowed, and they had to go outside so as not to inadvertently spoil people's holiday.
In no case do not go to this "institution" if you respect yourself and your guests!

We decided to celebrate a corporate party at this institution. The pre-order was made a couple of months before the new year. As a result, we received the wrong seating arrangement for the guests (it was agreed in advance and more than once that there would be 2 separate tables with different menus, but not the one that we saw when we entered the hall), a spoiled mood, a grief salad, after 2 hours of waiting for an order, and instead of shish kebab, stuffed mushrooms, hot and other types of snacks ...an empty table...((( The receptionist girl can't say anything intelligible, except that I'm sorry...there are a lot of guests and the kitchen does not have time, although some were already served hot when we did not even have salads, somehow strange..yes? ), you can't get anything from anyone except "sorry.".. there are a lot of people, there is no dance floor as such, everything is filled with tables, there is no ventilation, there was a program, but we did not see it because everything was obscured by a column. There is no desire to visit this institution anymore -definitely! The attitude of the Faberge administration is striking for its "customer orientation" and negligence towards guests... I would like to believe that next time the management will still respond in some way to the feedback from visitors and will adequately assess their capabilities for accommodation and guest service!

We celebrated a New Year's corporate party at the Faberge restaurant , the evening began with the fact that we were seated at the wrong table that was originally ordered .They didn't even notify us that they had changed the seating arrangement (for some reason it was ours).And this is despite the fact that the order was made among the first and the emphasis on the choice of a table was made, since this is not the first time we celebrate a corporate party in this institution.The host didn't give a damn about the guests-he chose two tables for himself and worked for them; The conduct of the New Year's Holiday this year and last year is very different (although the invited artists like the same)- again, the big disadvantage of the presenter himself, the hall did not start... As written above, I worked with two central tables.the kitchen is DISGUSTING (how picky our men are, they could not finish the dishes to the end), the hall was very stuffy, ventilation did not work, there was no standard set on the tables-salt, pepper, napkins; Plus only one- the waiters reacted to our requests immediately.Thanks to them for that, at least they smoothed out the spoiled mood a little. It is a pity that with the regular customers of this once-beloved institution, we turned out to be so disappointed, probably not permanent anymore

We had to move the tables a bit ourselves, otherwise we couldn't even sit down. It was terribly stuffy on the second floor. Thanks to the waiters who brought ice for drinks very quickly, otherwise we could have gone crazy from the heat.

Already at the pre-order stage, doubts crept in, the constant change of rooms and employees, disorganization and inconsistency. Well, the corporate party itself put a bold end to visiting this institution!!!!!! The kitchen is DISGUSTING, JUST A FIASCO, the design of the table, but there is NO word for it, everything is piled up, a partial lack of appliances. Due to the large number of visitors, there is a fuss in the service. Ventilation is not working. The only thing that saved our evening was the program and the individual numbers that really left an impression!!! Oh, and the interior! ))) A huge queue in the wardrobe, at the end of the evening, broken hangers and a pile of clothes with inappropriate numbers, the result is a ruined coat with a stain (((((

I am one of those people who always have something wrong, but when visiting this institution as part of a corporate event, there is not much to fight about, the organization of the holiday at a decent level, as well as the kitchen, was especially pleased with the staff, who keeps order on the tables and the wishes of visitors every second. Cons: a huge queue in the cloakroom before the start, seating of guests of the same organization at different tables.

The review is negative: lack of attention and respect for customers.
The receptionist knocked over a glass of cranberry juice on my light dress.
Not only the dress was ruined, but also the evening. As an apology, the girl brought some paper napkins and quickly disappeared, and after another 5 minutes the waiter came up and asked if everything was okay. After hearing "no", he also disappeared. No one offered to fix the incident in any way or at least call a taxi. The next day, in a conversation on the phone, the same administrator rather harshly insisted that it was not her fault, by accident, saying that she had a lot of work and did not have time to comfort me, and that I could wash the dress myself. The dispute ended with the restaurant offering to pay for the dry cleaning of the dress. So take note: there are places in Mogilev where they will quickly spoil your thing, mood and evening in general, but they will generously pay for dry cleaning. It is truly a pity that the institution has such a low overall level of culture and management. The external gloss is just a claim to originality, but, unfortunately, there is no internal level and there cannot be with such an attitude to its visitors.

The most difficult thing in this resto-club is the ambitions of the owners and the devaluation of the contribution of the employees of this institution. All the hired staff, from the wardrobe to the Art project, does their job PERFECTLY! No additional conditions create an image: neither the glamorous setting, nor the brilliance of pseudo-diamonds, nor the gorgeous sound and video accompaniment - all this is done by people for people. It's just that no one needs this glamorous tinsel by itself - it only repels. The whole atmosphere is created by people, so to speak, hired staff .... and the kitchen, and the music, and the atmosphere. I really hope that the owners of Faberge will finally understand this and begin to respect both their own employees and the guests of the Resto club.

It was the first time I had to visit this place, we were relaxing with friends in a smoky bar. Of all the components of the institution that I can positively evaluate: the music is cool mixes, better than in some clubs; the staff is polite, attentive, unobtrusive!In other moments, it is a complete disappointment: there are a lot of exquisite names on the menu, which, unfortunately, are not justified by both the appearance of the dishes themselves and their taste: either we are not really gourmets, or (example) jamon really does not go well with mango and pineapple, and the prices by the way, too (it's a pity there was no opportunity to photograph the receipt)! Drinks are not all smooth either:firstly, the choice is not very large, and secondly, not everything was available (it ended right in front of us-no luck =). In general, the impression of the whole company is not quite as pleasant as we would like.
