Visit to Forn Leblen: a corner of Lebanon in the center of Tashkent
Yesterday I was lucky enough to visit the Forn Leblen cafe-restaurant, conveniently located on Mukimi Street, near the center of Tashkent. The establishment immediately attracts a successful combination of a convenient location and a harmonious interior.
Design and atmosphere
The interior of the restaurant is designed in a modern European style: minimalism and attention to detail create a cozy, but not overloaded atmosphere. There are no unnecessary decorative elements, such as catchy posters or fancy decorations, which allows you to focus on the main thing – food and communication.
Owner and hospitality
The owners of the establishment are brothers from Lebanon. One of them, to my surprise, speaks fluent Russian, which adds warmth and cordiality to their communication with the guests. They were happy to talk about the concept of the restaurant, and we even had tea together, which, as it turned out, is a special pride here.
Kitchen and menu
Opening the menu, you immediately realize that you have entered the world of real Lebanese cuisine. Every dish I tasted was pleased with the harmonious combination of flavors and textures. I would like to pay special attention to the choice of tea – there are numerous varieties that can satisfy even the most demanding connoisseurs.
Final impressions
Forn Leblen is a place where the hospitality of the hosts, high quality cuisine and pleasant prices are combined. I boldly recommend it to anyone who wants to get acquainted with Lebanese culinary traditions. And, of course, I plan to return myself!

The place is very pleasant, the food is delicious, anyone who wanted to try Lebanese cuisine and discover something new is sure to visit. It is very important to have vegetarian dishes with falafel in the restaurant. From the menu, I advise you to try an assortment of hummus, babaganush and other goodies to try different flavors at a time. They also have delicious pizzas and unusual shawarma. In general, for those who want to know what Lebanese cuisine is, I advise you to visit.

We decided to diversify our Sunday evening with Lebanese cuisine and chose a restaurant in the city center, Forn lebnen. We ordered a table by phone, when we arrived, the hall was empty and we just sat on a sofa by the window. The waitress didn't have much communication, they couldn't choose dishes for 10 minutes, didn't prompt anything, just kept silent, and then served the menu with photos.
The food is fine, but there's nothing to compare it with, but I probably won't go again. The taste is peculiar enough.
The bill included water, which was not supplied by our girlfriend. She also didn't bring the salad I was waiting for, she just forgot about it.
A glass of fresh apple-orange was added to the bill as a liter of juice, I noticed this today when I started writing a review.

It's very clean, neat, beautiful, and smells good. The food is delicious, the prices are slightly above average, the menu is rich, the waiters are polite and tidy.
I give a minus for the chicken in lavash, which turned out to be a little harsh, but the beef in lavash was pleasantly surprised!
I definitely recommend it.

The food is for a lover of Israeli cuisine, the place is pleasant, the host is very sincere, speaks only English. But the guys and the waiters are in total trouble!!! Get at least a couple of smart ones! Well, it's necessary to train employees. Well, it was a complete failure, I brought the kettle, I didn't bring the cups, I had to go to the kitchen myself. He gets confused and can't discuss the order with the guests. If they teach you how to work, it's a good place for a variety of different cuisines.

I ordered breakfast with sausages. The order was accepted, but when it arrived, it turned out that there were no sausages. The breakfast included tea, but for some reason it was counted separately for me. Instead of sausages, as compensation, they were given a plate of some kind of sour cream with a disgusting taste. I can't stand sour milk at all. By the way, they charged a service fee, which is nothing. Of course, the card terminal doesn't work, and I don't have any cash. Dancing with a tambourine with the transfer of money personally to the host for breakfast.
I do not recommend this establishment. And I'll try to avoid it at least a kilometer away, preferably two or more.

It's a very small room, the prices are high, and the kitchen is for an amateur... I didn't like it at all.. although they brought one dish for free a little so that I tried it, but unfortunately I didn't like it at all either... there are some spices that taste like disgusting herbs
