It's a great place, cozy, there is a cloakroom with staff, a spacious and cozy room, a toilet room is noteworthy: clean, a replaceable hygiene unit for the toilet, a bunch of accessories (hand cream, a roller for clothes, and much more). I'll lower my rating for: The pizza contained sausages, which surprised me for an Italian restaurant. There is smoking in the hall, but there is a children's room for non-smokers.

We got there by accident. We were passing by and decided to stop by.
The place is cozy. Quiet. The service is decent. Polite waiters. We didn't wait long for the order, I would say, very quickly.

As a result, I forgot my passport and the waiter did not want to give a discount in any way as a birthday boy, although what else can a group of 6 people do, which also often says toasts, if not a birthday celebration? And in the end, even though my passport was delivered to me, I still did not see the promised cake.

From the suggested set, the claimed pizza was like a ready-made store-bought one, not freshly prepared, hard as a rock, and the shrimp were overcooked to death. I want to express my negative attitude about this institution.
04/10/2025 we were with friends from the CIS and EU countries, we always gather there for a meeting. As a result, they brought us a pizza - it doesn't look "big" at all! I didn't want to make a scandal and weigh it. Also, the cheapest sausage in the pizza was added to the taste!
There is no choice of champagne at all: either the most tasteless or the most unclaimed!
And on 04/11/2025, my husband and I went to celebrate a family holiday, booked a table, and in the evening we were at a loss. Ordering a hot dish, they said, "will be ready within 30-40 minutes," and a cold appetizer in the form of vegetable and meat cuts - "wait 1 hour!" (
They invited the administrator "Daria" and instead of resolving the situation, she confidently said that this was the norm!
I think that the girl does not reach such a position and does not know how to solve conflict situations at all.
I warn all visitors, do not step on our rake, check the workload for your day and hour, and if you notice something in this place, plan to sit and look at each other for an hour!((

The pizza has become disgusting too.
Therefore, I do not recommend it!

We know about the presence of a children's corner, which greatly simplifies the life of a parent. We ordered pizza, seafood, drinks. At the moment, this is the best pizza we've tasted in the last year, thanks to the pizza chef. The children ate everything

I couldn't help but write -> those people who value their time, money and mood should not visit such places! Just like in a restaurant of this type, any of us expects comfort, coziness (which gives relaxation) and, most importantly, more or less good cuisine, but something went wrong and ordered pizzas (if you can call them that) both my wife and I had the worst, no, not even that - the WORST pizzas we've ever eaten, it's easier to get frozen pizza at the store - and it will taste better, much tastier.
In fact, the cake is completely dry, there is no hint of tomato sauce for pizza, no cheese, and only a few pieces of salami (I ordered pepperoni) indicated that this ...
The price for such a dish is completely inappropriate!! My wife's pizza was of similar quality (in case you think about the fact that I just got one).

Review of the Patio Restaurant
We recently visited the Patio restaurant with friends hoping for a pleasant evening, but unfortunately our expectations were not fulfilled.
At first, we had to wait about 20 minutes before the waiter came to our table to take the order. When we finally decided on a choice, after 5 minutes we were informed that there was no ice and we would not be able to order cocktails. This was the first disappointment of the evening.
Then we waited about 25 minutes for our order. When the champagne arrived, there was only one piece in the ice bucket. We decided to order the shots, but we also ran into a problem here — the waiter informed us that they were also out of stock. Moreover, she asked the name three times, and also asked to show it in the menu, which created additional inconvenience.
The choice of desserts turned out to be limited, and the pasta we ordered was simply tasteless: the pasta was stuck together and overcooked. In general, the atmosphere of the establishment could not compensate for all these shortcomings.
Unfortunately, our evening at the Patio didn't live up to expectations. We hope that the situation will change in the future, and the restaurant will be able to offer its guests a higher level of service and food quality.

It's a terrible place. There is no production control over the products used in the kitchen. They didn't even deign to apologize for ruining the evening. And the dish with spoiled food (rotten vegetables) had to be paid for, because we started eating it until we found rotten vegetables (as explained by the waiter, who had previously asked the administrator what could be done).
I paid the bill without any questions and, after payment, asked for a book of comments and suggestions.
When the waiter asked to bring a book of offers after paying the bill, the receptionist came running with a crooked face and a complaint against me. In a disrespectful tone, she tried to find out what happened instead of apologizing.
The evening is ruined. And all this happened on 01.01.2025.

I don't like places where they smoke, but this is probably my narrow preferences) but what upset me was that when ordering dessert, nothing turned out to be what we wanted.. But what finally finished me off was that for each dessert option, the waiter left to clarify whether he was there or not.. It stretched out the time and the awkward position. The visitor should immediately understand what is and what is not available, at least from the words of the waiter.. What happened then is unacceptable.. The interior is not very good, but it is subjective..
