We celebrated the child's birthday in the game room. Despite the contradictory reviews, I will say that in general we were very satisfied. I liked the kitchen and the service. I especially remember roast beef with creamy mushroom sauce. You'll lick your fingers. Although, as with everything, there are pros and cons. Dignities: 1. This is probably the best playground for children in a restaurant that I have seen in Kiev (swings, slides, trampoline, cars, etc.). As a result, everyone had a rest – both adults and children  2. In general, the interior of the restaurant deserves attention. At first glance, it's too pretentious, but not cheap. Spacious corridors and toilets, a separate wardrobe. Columns and railings made of natural stone, beautiful chandeliers, a leather sofa and many interesting interior design elements. 3. Overall, the cuisine is delicious. The separately assigned waiter also coped with his duties without complaints. And even though there was a wedding in another hall, there was no delay in serving dishes. 4. Private secured parking. Disadvantages: 1. It is not possible to pay with a card. 2. I wanted to send an order for the kitchen by e-mail, and then discuss the details by phone. According to the administrator, only the director has access to e-mail. Well, nowadays it's just ridiculous! I had to come specially to dictate the order. 3. When booking, I paid 500 UAH, and directly when making the order, I was told that I needed to pay an additional amount (about 30% of the order amount). This was not warned in advance. Cards are not accepted. I had to go to the ATM, withdraw, and return. 4. In the game room, you can not wear shoes that you walk down the street in. In fact, this is normal. Only, again, no one warned about this, and the guests did not take a change of shoes with them. I had to go to the pharmacy to buy shoe covers. It would have been much nicer if they had warned in advance, and the shoe covers were in the restaurant. 5. There is actually no menu on the site – a list of dishes without prices and a lot of output, and even does not correspond to the real menu. There is also no information about the working hours of restaurants. 6. The working time is strictly up to 10. Perhaps this is the result of outraged feedback from residents of neighboring houses. But after all, it would be possible to simply limit fireworks and too loud music after 10… It was normal for me as for a children's holiday. But it's probably not enough for an adult banquet.
