Hello everyone. We stayed at this Wonderful hotel from October 1st to October 9th. We were met by a personal transfer, very nice guys who speak Russian well, Hussein is a very pleasant young man. We arrived at the hotel early in the morning, at the reception we were temporarily given a room so we could relax and leave our bags while we prepared our room, for which we thank them very much after the overnight flight. Everything is fine in the hotel: the territory and the service and the staff and the rooms and the food, everyone smiles at you, they immediately solve any of your questions. What else I liked is that there are always free sun beds on the beach and in any pool. In the evening, at eight, there is a free transfer to the city where you can walk, buy souvenirs, have a delicious meal in a cafe, and you can also return for free at ten, and if you stay late, for $ 5, you will be taken to the hotel. My husband and I are very happy, we will come here more than once.

We stayed at the hotel from November 07 to November 19, 2025. The first surprise of the 5-star hotel was the reception. Three office desks in a row in the lobby of the hotel, with two telephones and two computers, and a large printer in the background. Despite the check-in at 14:00, there were no ready rooms at 15:00. We waited another 30-40 minutes. The second surprise was the room. Paying for a 5-star hotel, we were not ready for what we saw, we even experienced a slight shock. In order: the furniture in the room is old and worn, the doors do not close well; the tiles in the bathroom are cracked, the bathtub itself is very yellowed; the floor lamp is bent at a large angle to the floor; the switch on the headboard of the bed is partially fallen out, there is only one cheap plastic chair on the balcony; there is NO hot water in the shower; the entrance door the door is old, with cracks on the street above and below. We did not notice any renovation of the hotel listed on the tour operator's website. And the sign in the lobby of the hotel indicates 4 stars, not 5. We fought for three days to get hot water in the shower, or to change the room. On the fourth day, we were finally moved to another room, which was not much better, but with hot water. The room cleaning is poor, although the money was left every day. The hotel's Wi-Fi is very weak and unstable. We went to Dahab, well, a free bus runs every day at 20:00, returns at 22:00. There's not much to do there, but you can go once for a change. They bought a SIM card for the Internet there. About $5 for 16 GB. Now about the good stuff. Excellent weather for all 13 days, a magnificent, fairly wide and long beach with free sun beds, mattresses, towels at any time of the day!!! The clearest sea, corals, fish, etc. There have never been any waves, the water temperature is very comfortable for early to mid-November. The territory of the hotel is large, well-groomed, lots of greenery, palm trees ... Everywhere there are paths for walking. But in general, due to the condition of the rooms, the hotel does not deserve more than three stars.

Many thanks to all the staff for the excellent service! I had a rest from September 6 to September 13, 2025 in deluxe 621! Excellent food and accommodation, as well as service and service ... I recommend it!
