It looks like a decent building, but inside there are irresponsible employees. I read the reviews here late, now I understand why they are all negative. There is nothing else to say about this desk. The PRUE is not great everywhere, but the prue-15 has jumped over everyone in a non-caring attitude. The employees are louts. They don't want to do anything, and then they come to write down the cause of the breakdown, as if they had done something, or they come home to sort things out after negative reviews. Shame
