Просто ужас! Хаос во всем! При въезде на территорию стоит какой то дедушка и типа блюдет за пропускным режимом.. Хотя по факту просто «стригут» деньги за въезд (250 рублей). Территория не чистится от снега, много машин и каких то непонятных людей.

Территории очень не обустроена, главная улица ещё более менее, но на задворках страх и ужас. За такие деньги которые они берут с арендаторов, могли бы благоустроить.
