A beautiful hotel with quirks.
Positive:
- Very helpful staff. The guys helped a lot within their competence and not only. I will add an asterisk for this
- Fashionable, stylish design of the rooms and the hotel as a whole. The repair is not the first year, but it looks like new
- Mugs and new water bottles in the room every day
- Disposable slippers are available
- There is an iron and a designated place for ironing clothes. Without additional payment
- Location 7 minutes from the metro
Minuses:
- There are no sinks in the rooms... There is only one shared sink on the floor. If you need a sink, you have to get dressed and go there with all the accessories. There is a shower in place of the sinks in the rooms
- There is no tub under the shower, the drain is located directly in the floor, which in itself is not bad. However, in this combined bathroom there are no thresholds that would limit the spread of water throughout the floor. There is only a curtain. As a result, we have a wet floor in the toilet
- There are no mats in the bathroom-toilet either (but with such a system they would be superfluous there)
- The shower head is simple and is mounted on a bracket in an unchangeable position, in which the water flow exits almost horizontally
- When the tap is turned, the water temperature changes very sharply from hot to cold or vice versa. Sometimes the temperature changes dramatically by itself, without turning the tap
- Not very comfortable shelves, through the cracks in which brushes and soap easily fall through
- When we arrived, the air conditioners were not working in the rooms on the entire floor. But by the evening they were repaired
- Inconvenient room door: it can only be opened from the outside with a card, even if the card is inserted into the card reader in the hallway to provide electricity. I had to leave the door ajar when it was necessary to walk from the room to the sink
- There are too few outlets in the family room - I had to use a TV outlet
- Breakfast is a buffet, but the choice is not very diverse. From meat products, only fried sausage. There are no milk porridges - instead, cornflakes and balls. There are fruits, dried fruits, vegetables, buckwheat, cheese, butter, jam, sometimes boiled egg
- There is a washing machine, but laundry is paid. And this fee is not symbolic at all
- The view from the window is not very good. And in general, the area is not about a pleasant walk at all

Stayed for 2 nights at this hotel! We had a standard room! Everything is clean, the air conditioner worked perfectly, water in the room, tea, coffee! There is a hairdryer in the room, but I did not use it, I have my own. Breakfast: 2 types of sausage, boiled eggs, cheese, scrambled eggs, tortillas, 1 type of milk porridge, watermelon, apples, cherry plum, something else was sweet (cookies, peanuts and something else), we did not stay hungry! True, it was a little stuffy in the dining room, there was no air conditioner, but not critical!
The staff is friendly!
It takes 10 minutes to walk to the metro!
I recommend the hotel, price - quality!
We got to the airport by taxi quickly!

The hotel is located close to the airport. The metro station is a 10-minute walk away. We stayed in room 301. This is the attic floor. Spacious room, clean bed linen. Towels and a shower set were provided.
The breakfasts are monotonous, boiled eggs, nuts, semolina porridge and breakfast cereals, sliced (sausage and cheese) every day. Rarely baked goods. Not much fruit. There's not much left at 9.30.

The hotel is on the outskirts, despite the proximity of the metro, you will get from the center for at least an hour. The rooms and the hotel are well renovated, but many things are not functional or do not work. For example, the TV did not work in our room, the cooler did not work on the floors, there is no sink in the bathroom, although there is a place to install it, I went to brush my teeth in the back and washed completely))) the room cleaning is disgusting, the floor is dirty, there is dust and hair on the bed, although it is cleaned like a woman. The breakfasts are monotonous, buffet-style. Workers from the construction site in overalls immediately come to have breakfast. In general, I do not recommend it.

Nice hotel, 10 minutes from Tashkent home airport. Next to the subway. But a little bit in the back of the street, so it's quiet. The room has everything you need. Except for the bathroom sink. It took us 15 minutes to get from the airport. They settled in quickly. The room is clean, pleasant , and quite fresh in the hotel , despite the 43 degrees of heat .
A nice bonus was the breakfast included in the room rate.

Провели с мужем в этой гостинице около недели. Остались максимально довольны. Персонал очень вежливый, контактный, всегда готовы подсказать. Девушка в прачечной просто волшебница: отутюжила рубашки несмотря на позднее время💕 за это вообще отдельный респект! Завтраки неплохие, можно попросить с собой, если уезжаете по делам.
Жили в двухместном номере; уборка производилась ежедневно, обновляли полотенца, питьевую воду. Кондиционер, интернет и телевизор работает без нареканий.
В душе не очень хорошо справляется слив (3 этаж), но это мелочи, если есть с собой резиновые тапочки😊 с подачей и регуляцией воды проблем не было.
Единственный минус-это удаленность от центра. Тут можно воспользоваться либо услугами такси, либо общественным транспортом: станция метро через дорогу. Также в шаговой доступности супермаркеты, местечки с национальной кухней, можно заказать доставку в номер.
В соотношении цена-качество, можно сказать, ожидание превзошли👍рекомендую 👌🏻

Плюсы:
- Гостиница новая, совсем недавно открылась, очень чисто в номере
- Можно смотреть ютуб на телевизоре
- Все абсолютно новое
- Приветливый персонал
Минусы:
- Локация на отшибе города, но это понятно при бронировании, так что не знаю, куда это занести - в плюсы или минусы, но имейте это в виду
- При въезде требовали оплатить регистрацию по 4$ на человека в сутки. Про это не написано на букинге (обычно этот непонятный налог (по сути вы не обязаны его платить и регистрация столько не стоит, но это уже другая история) указывается в разделе "налоги, не входящие в стоимость". Получается +8$ к цене, учитывайте это
- завтрак ну оооочень скромный. Если придете к концу, то есть вероятность, что вообще ничего не хватит.

I highly do not recommend this place.
I booked a room here, indicated in the reservation that the check-in would be at night, t to the night plane.
When I arrived, they told me that my reservation had been canceled, my room had been given to someone else. And of course, only larger and more expensive rooms are available.
As a result, I had to pay 2 times more expensive.
I did not have any notification about the cancellation of the reservation. And of course, at 5 a.m. I didn't have much choice, I didn't go to look for other hotels, when I had a few hours left to sleep anyway, so I went on tour in the morning.

Hotel location: located in the private sector, there is no infrastructure within walking distance, it takes 20-30 minutes to get to the center of Tashkent by taxi. The rooms are small, the bathroom has no sink, you can only wash in the shower room, which has a common floor, i.e. when you turn on the shower, water is everywhere throughout the bathroom. the node.
At night, mosquitoes immediately began to torment, I had to go look for a fumigator, fortunately it was at the reception.
The biggest disadvantage of this hotel is that it is built of cardboard, without exaggeration, you can hear every movement of the neighbors in the room.
We did not manage to get enough sleep, we decided not to stay the second night, the reception refused to refund the full cost for the unused day, citing a fine. Before paying for a few days, think carefully.

The breakfasts are very meager, starting at 8.00, by 9.00 there was practically nothing.

The most attractive thing is only the price. But one night in this cardboard house was enough for us and we moved out. Booked for 2 days. At the same time, we were not refunded for 1 day, 30% said what kind of reservation it was. I couldn't sleep half the night because of the loving neighbors. You can hear everything - how the neighbors' air conditioner works, water flows. The bathroom is combined, there is no shower tray, the whole floor is in water, there is no sink, plumbing is leaking. The breakfast was very modest, I had to wait until the appliances were given, they would cut it, although it was a buffet. And the location of the hotel itself is some kind of private sector, to go to the subway along a dusty road. The fact that we actually lived there is the registration data from the hotel

Отель новый, чистый но построен из гипсокартона. Жили на 3-м этаже, но что происходило с 1-го по 3-й этаж было слышно, ночью спать не выносимо, постоянные движения и шум. Когда начали засоление предложили отказаться от брони на Букинге, чтобы не платить 8$, засилили без брони на прямую. Но при выезде администратор проверял наш номер один, и обнаружил пятна на полотенце, которые были не первой свежести и оставленные не нами. В течение 4-дней полотенца были свежие(но в пятнах). Вывод:не заплотив Букингу (экономия) эти 8$ ушли на штраф, за чужие пятна на полотенце!!! Сдавайте свой номер в сопровождении администратора!!!!

Хороший отдель, гостеприимный персонал, чистота в номерах.
Нет отдельной раковины в душе.
Завтрак очень скромный, нам не хватило омлета, больше его делать не стали.
А так в целом всё хорошо. Желаю удачи в дальнейшем.
