I stayed in a single room with a shared shower and a shared toilet.
Pros: clean, new furniture, modern. The breakfasts are varied, the dining area is good, and there is a coffee machine.
Cons: the audibility in the room is strong (in the morning children scream, you can hear them blowing their nose in the toilet, although the room is located in the middle, far enough away), it is dirty in the toilet in the morning (and it was "lucky" with the neighbors that they do not know how to flush, and one toilet out of 4 cubicles is working). The toilet is clean during the day, but it is impossible to enter in the morning. The shower is built in such a way that after taking it, opening the door, it flows out and a puddle forms at the sinks. Soap is given out only in person, that is, you drag it to the toilet every time. I would like to fill the liquid soap dispensers (they are present). The water is cold in the shower in the morning, I did not notice this in the evening.
The service staff takes into account the needs and solves problems: they quickly sorted out the non-working air conditioner, fixed it (the room is without a window, stuffy) and allocated a blanket (it is cold with the air conditioner running).

The hotel is located near the Yunusabad police department, right at the intersection.
There is also a "budget" room, worth 200,000 soums (foreigners were told about 56,000 soums plus a tour fee). The difference between the "standard" and "budget" rooms is that the latter has a toilet and a shower room at the end of the corridor and it is shared, that is, 4 showers, sinks and a restroom. You can take the bathroom accessories yourself in the room next door.
Breakfast is certainly not great, but it is. The reception staff is friendly and happy to answer your questions.
Minus the score for asking twice to fix the locks in the bathroom, but alas. Because I had to hold the door handle so that someone wouldn't accidentally open it. Something like that)))

I want to leave a review about the extremely unpleasant experience of staying at this hotel.

'll start with the most shocking thing — in the morning I woke up all bitten by bedbugs. The bites were all over the body and had a characteristic "path". I'm allergic to bedbug bites, and I know exactly what they look like. It was just a nightmare—itching, irritation, spots, and it all ruined my whole day.
When I informed the administrator about this, instead of apologizing or trying to figure it out, they replied: "This can't be happening, we had disinfection." Seriously? Well, it means that something went wrong with you, since I woke up in this state. They just made me look like a liar and refused to take the situation seriously.
But this is not the only unpleasant moment. The attitude of the staff is simply beyond the pale. My husband arrived at the hotel before me because he was on a business trip. I arrived the next day with my friends, we rented a room. I couldn't take my husband's things to his room right away — he wasn't at the hotel.
When I went to see him later, they immediately started calling me with demands to leave the room. The tone is just awful, like I'm breaking the law. When I offered to come down and show my documents, they told me: "It doesn't matter, you have no right to be in the room." Then the staff came and started checking who I was. I just felt humiliated. It's like I'm some kind
of prostitute
. I understand everything — there are rules. But no one has canceled the human attitude. I didn't come here for free, and I didn't try to circumvent the system, but they treated me as if I'd stolen something or sneaked into the hotel.
In general, the impressions are terrible. It depends on the conditions and the attitude. I really hope that the management will read this and at least draw conclusions. Because such an attitude towards the guests is unacceptable. And of course I won't be coming to this hotel anymore!!!!!!

I really liked the service. The receptionists are polite, helped with the luggage before check-in. They were settled ahead of time. Thank you so much for that. The rooms are clean and large. Everything is there for a comfortable stay. The breakfasts are varied. Another plus is that it is located in the center. Not far from the TV Tower and the center of Pilaf. If we come to Tashkent again, we will be happy to stay here again.

The hotel staff has a very biased attitude (individuals) to citizens of the Russian Federation. How does this manifest itself? As soon as you cross the threshold of this hotel, you will be asked in a reproachful tone: "where have you been for 4 days in Uzbekistan?" they will find out where your registration is, they will definitely intimidate you that you need it and you will not be released at the border (For reference: Russian citizens can stay in Uzbekistan without registration for 15 days) . And later, according to your passport, they will find out where you lived before and, upon departure, they will tell you that you, quote, "decided to save money, so you will not be registered." Very vigilant "arrogant" control. I am a calm and balanced person, it is difficult to bring me to tears, but the staff of this living room did it. The fact that you are a malicious violator in Uzbekistan without having been in the country for a week will definitely be told to you, and the fact that the card from the block number is torn every day before 12:00 will be forgotten. I would be surprised that she blocked it because they "poked around in things" in the room.

I would like to share my impression about this hotel, we stayed there for 4 days, there were two of us, we were settled in one room, a pretty cozy room and the price is reasonable plus breakfast is included where there is a buffet and yes the breakfasts are quite hearty and many varieties, I would come back here again I think yes, the rooms are clean and tidy and the shower and toilet are also clean and I want to thank the staff of this hotel and I want to highlight Jack and Dinara are very responsive and good, most importantly they are located in a good location next to the TV tower, thank you for the warm welcome and hospitality

We stopped twice. There and back on the way to Samarkand.
There - everything was perfect.
There was water in the room, slippers, everything worked. A good breakfast. Even at 9:30 everything was available.
BUT BACK.
We rented two rooms. The air conditioning was not working in the room for the babysitter and children. We sat from 8:00-18:00 without air conditioning with promises from the staff "the master will come and fix it now." They also sat all this time with the promise that water would be brought now. By the way, it was not delivered for the next 48 hours.
At 9:10 there is nothing left for breakfast. A little sausage, cheese, 3 eggs and five sausages. There were no clean appliances or glasses. I scooped up the leftover porridge for the children. Sweets were plentiful
9:50 the son asked for a piece of cake. BUT very unpleasant women have already taken everything away. Well, how about 10 minutes before the end of breakfast.
When I asked her to give the child a "piece" of cake, she pretended that she did not know Russian (before that she understood everything without problems). Well ok. Okay, those who sleep for a long time don't eat much.
Then, when handing over the room, they demanded to pay for the laundry. We didn't wash anything. I explain it at the reception. Young people (are not friendly) , and those who are not particularly friendly. Of course, I want to deceive them and not pay as much as 55,000 soums))) They're arguing with me. To my question, when was the washing? They call the date on which we have not yet checked into this room. In the process, I start talking about the inconveniences with air conditioning, water and breakfast. I get no apologies in return. And some kind of bickering in the format of "well, you were relocated", and not that you were sitting in the heat for 8 hours. "Well, the water was not brought," well, then look for it and smoke it in the store, but provide people, as stated, "well, there was food at 9:00," well, two breakfasts before 10:00.
In general, the guys spoiled the impression about themselves, which was initially good.
Ahhh, there was no hot water in the room yet. They called 3 times and asked to solve the problem. There was no help. Fortunately, they realized that the water heater was turned off there and turned on themselves.

Nice hotel for one night. The food is served in the morning - a buffet with a choice for everyone (the table is rated 4, you can choose what you like). The staff is super loyal, you can ask to stay late before departure, for this 5 stars are separate. There is infrastructure nearby, a chain store 10 minutes from the hotel. There is not much else nearby to walk anywhere from the word at all.

A very good hotel with 2 types of rooms: single micro-rooms with a single bed, a workplace with a kettle, a glass, and a mini-stand for a suitcase and a shared toilet and shower in the corridor; and standard rooms with their own bathrooms.
All rooms have air conditioning. The ceiling is very high at 3.5...4.0m. There are individual hoods (buzzing through the room, but how else). For micrometers, fresh air is taken from the corridor (with the window open).
Breakfast from 7 to 10 is included in the price. The breakfast is hearty. The full range is typed by 8. The full house is at 8:15 ... 9:15, and you will have to stand and wait, or sit down with someone (you will improve your communication skills at the same time). There are 10 tables with 2...4 seats.
The staff, as usual for Uzbekistan, is responsive and tries to help everywhere, in some places they are proactive, but it's better not to expect that your thoughts will be read. Just tell me, it's okay here, they're trying to help you.
There are a dozen different places to eat nearby: from a mega-cheap samsa behind a gas station under the sign of Kokakola to a restaurant with prices slightly above average. There is a grocery store and 2 pharmacies nearby. Visa and mastercard cards are accepted everywhere without any problems. And this is all within a radius of 100m. If you go further, there are even more options.
There is a Capitalbank ATM near the entrance for cash withdrawals.
There is a parking lot. Electric scooters for JET rental periodically appear nearby.
You can walk to the zoo if 1 km is not the distance for you. There is also a gastrodvorik nearby, where you can gain weight from frequent overeating.

The main advantage is that the new one has recently opened, although there are already breakdowns in the rooms that the staff is in no hurry to fix, they had to be reminded twice a day for three days in a row.
The breakfasts are good. The metro is 15 minutes away at a leisurely pace, and the center is 45 minutes away. There are few cafes in the immediate vicinity, one small grocery store.
The rooms have dangerous windows for small children.
There was no cleaning in the room during the week.
