I made an appointment with my mother for a spinal diagnosis in advance, choosing a time convenient for her and confirming the appointment. However, when she was on her way to the center, we were simply informed that the appointment had been canceled or rescheduled, without any clear explanation. This attitude towards customers is unacceptable! People plan their time, and you change the record at the last moment, without considering their convenience.
If you value your time and nerves, think twice before contacting this center. Utter irresponsibility!
They still don't respond on social media after all!

Disgusting service
The staff does not even greet and washes the floors, although they see that a person is walking without shoes — as a result, wet socks! But the coach who can't remember the name (it's not complicated) was the most infuriating. After 10 minutes of training on a healthy back, I felt sick, and the coach just said, “It's okay, sit down, relax, it'll pass.” No need to leave, she said. Ugh, how infuriating! 😠
