I signed up for a massage. Poles: -the price is 300 thousand soums - The quality of the massage is 4 out of 5. Minuses: - dirty - it's very noisy. A bunch of kids, moms, all talking, yelling, and you can hear it all perfectly well during the massage. - there is no shower in the massage room, and to wash up, you have to go to the locker room through the common corridor. - there is a glass shower stall in the locker room without soap, no shower gel, nothing. And dirty again. As I understand it, this institution treats the spine, and it is not intended in any way to come and relax.

However, when she was on her way to the center, we were simply informed that the appointment had been canceled or rescheduled, without any clear explanation. This attitude towards customers is unacceptable! People plan their time, and you change the record at the last moment, without considering their convenience. If you value your time and nerves, think twice before contacting this center. Utter irresponsibility! They still don't respond on social media after all!

I arrived on time, but the doors were closed. On Yandex maps it is indicated that this is the entrance, but it is impossible to get there. There is some kind of Chinese center nearby, where they told me that they don't know where the entrance is. I called the number the receptionist had called me from, but no one answered the phone. I called and wrote on Instagram, but no one answered there either. I spent all these 15 minutes searching for the entrance. In the end, I barely found him and went in, but I was greeted with an extremely rude tone: "You're late, we won't accept you." Why should I? I explained that if the receptionist had picked up the phone or at least properly explained where the entrance was, I would have arrived on time. as a result, I was told to wait or go to a lesson, which I absolutely did not need, since I came for a back diagnosis. Or is this your way of pushing your classes? If you hang photos and the name on the back of the building, please indicate that the entrance is on the other side so that people don't get confused. And at least learn how to answer calls and messages! The result: 0 stars. A disgusting center with terrible service, complete indifference and a terrible attitude towards customers.
