It is spacious and bright enough with large windows and mirrors, new equipment and zone separation for a clear organization of the training process. Clean locker rooms and nice admin girls. I recommend 💪 P.S. Also an important advantage for me as a driver is a large parking lot, where there are places at any time.

New fitness equipment, fresh repairs, a reception with nice girls, cocktails, goods, a lot of parking, it's all cool and convenient, but for the cons I'll take away a star to attract attention, the high humidity in the hall immediately catches the eye, the damp room, and some of the simulators are wrong and not logical, those simulators where it is important to keep your posture and monitor it (deadlifts to the waist while sitting, deadlifts to the chest from above) are not visible in the mirror, when the bench presses, where the posture is fixed with the back, standing in the corner, cover all the mirrors, the barbells are small in the center of the hall of some kind, the bench press is turned in the opposite direction, well and so on, personally, it's not convenient or logical for us. If you want to work with a pear, then there are no normal gloves, as well as pears, I understand that it is not designed for a simple fan to beat a pear, but still. (I'll probably return the star later)
