The restaurant is located on the 23rd floor. The view is panoramic and really interesting. They make good photos. The cuisine is both Chinese, partly European, and Kazakh. We were a company of 8 people on Saturday evening and more than 6 positions (which we wanted to order) were on the "stop". Even Kazakh beer… There is simply no service at the entrance, a disgruntled guy who was looking for a table in his folder in a half-empty restaurant. The waitress was extremely slow, but I think it was due to inexperience. The dishes were prepared for more than 1 hour and 20 minutes (the restaurant's load at that time was no more than 1/3 of the tables). The food is delicious, but not wow. Portions are small to medium. You need several dishes in order to go hungry. There was no paper in the women's bathroom either when we arrived or when we left. The view and interior are beautiful. The food is more or less. The rest needs to be improved.

08/14. my husband and I visited this restaurant. The atmosphere is amazing: cozy, stylish and with a special charm. The service is unobtrusive but attentive, and the dishes are simply delicious, each worthy of a compliment. In 2.5 hours, the restaurant makes a full circle, and you can see the panorama of the city in all its glory — as if you were holding it in the palm of your hand and watching how the landscape changes with every turn. The prices are reasonable. Definitely we will visit this restaurant again.
