A lady with a dissatisfied voice and/or a bad mood replied: "Sign up for a session?! I'm a little surprised that you can choose any time, I say, "Tomorrow." The lady answers with disdain in her voice: "Well, first of all, we have a consultation in 10:00, 11:00, 12:00. Secondly, you need to pay for it first, and only then sign up." I didn't want her to add a swear word. And the silence, as if she was waiting for me to say goodbye to her. Enjoying her presentation of information, I start having fun inside myself and ask how to make the payment. She even talks about the payment reluctantly. This is the level, this is the business in the Republic of Belarus. Neither good afternoon to you, nor a positive attitude with your potential customers, nor how to make a payment, there is no question that she will send me step-by-step instructions or something that at least remotely relates to the clienting.

Good afternoon!I want to share my impressions of visiting this center.A woman in a white lab coat stands at the entrance to the center and shouts at the incoming people that they need to put on a mask, although the mask mode has already been canceled and that relatives cannot enter the room.Already from her screams, the desire to go further disappears, you can say everything calmly and explain it to people who are already not easy.The next moment, when patients go for treatment, relatives are waiting for them at the entrance to the center (lobby), where the temperature is like outside, and it's winter outside and wait at least two hours (before that, too, two hours while the documents are being processed), they offer to take a walk, but among the relatives, there are very elderly peoplethose who are not up to walking, why they cannot be allowed to warm up in the center, is not clear.A considerable amount is paid for all this, it is clear that people are willing to pay, just to help, because everyone goes there for help, but I would like everyone to be treated humanely.
