We booked a hotel with a friend for 4 days. I recommend the hotel. Clean bed linen, comfortable beds, nice design. There are many attractions nearby and a number of restaurants just a stone's throw from the hotel. The staff is hospitable, they advised a budget restaurant where it is delicious and budget-friendly. The rooms are different. We had a 4th floor overlooking the bay. We were satisfied. The room is really not equipped with appliances, this is a minus.

There is no cafe in the hotel itself, but you can have tea or coffee downstairs. Opposite the exit from the hotel there is an ice cream shop, I recommend it, it is very tasty. If you are carrying suitcases, it is most convenient to get to the hotel from Yanikapi metro station: although a little further, but from there along the railway tracks there is a smooth path without ascents and descents: from the metro station go towards the sea, there is an elevator at the railway station. Or up the stairs)) Other paths to the hotel go along steep cobblestone streets

The bus stop is nearby, I do not recommend restaurants nearby, walk up the street and to the right, there will be several good cafes on the left side. There is also a bakery nearby called Lakhmanzhunov, which is also very tasty. It's convenient to get there, we've hardly been in the room. You can ask the man at the reception, he will tell you about the restaurants and the sights. We didn't order anything from him, but he kindly provided us with a map and showed us where to go.
