Riyadh itself is pretty, authentic design, clean. BUT the biggest THING that ruined the holiday in Marrakech was the manager's attitude towards the guests. 1. It is simply impossible to find it without help, purely using maps and navigators. They called several times at the specified phone number, but each time they didn't answer. Then some taxi driver just left his car in the parking lot and took us with our suitcases along these narrow Medina paths to Riyadh. 2. They greeted us with surprise, like they weren't expecting us. The room was not the one that was paid for - a double room with two beds and a sofa, but a tiny kennel with no doors to the bathroom. Even one person wasn't comfortable there, let alone two adult aunts. The manager wasn't there, but an employee from Riyadh called her after a row over the room. She promised to arrive at her workplace in 10 minutes, after half an hour of negotiations on the phone, she shouted that she had a day off and she had the right, then simply hung up. The next day, she showed up in Riyadh, but she didn't come up to us, didn't apologize, didn't explain anything, just walked by in silence. 3. On the morning of departure, she sent us an employee girl who informed us that we still owed over 100 dirhams, like a tourist tax. Both were sent - firstly, we had a one hundred percent prepayment, and secondly, we were not officially registered in Riyadh. In general, it's not a good place, I don't advise you to go there, there are many much more understandable, geographically accessible and friendly Riyads in the Medina of Marrakech.
