Hotel Rich is an example to follow!
Everything from the floor to the ceiling is clean here. The bed crunches with starched linens and smells like a fresh towel.
The silence from the windows is pleasant, there is no tobacco stench, not that there is a place for others to be! The kindest and most hospitable staff meets at the doorstep and escorting them on their way to soposhok wishes everyone a white road and says alga...! The buffet here in the morning is full of delicious food and drinks, the food for breakfast is not forgotten here!
With just one word, you can appreciate this monastery - beauty!!!

I was a month ago, they gave me a room on the ground floor, I needed it for one day or another, I didn't know how long I would be in Bishkek yet, the room was smelly, very dusty, there probably weren't people in this room for a week and they didn't wash it, there were slippers, shampoo, conditioner,hair dryer, and two soaps, this is still comfort they say that all the accessories were for two people, since there was a room for two people, I paid 3800, but this room was not worth it, I rented another hotel, I do not recommend it

First of all, about the good things: convenient location, delicious food in the restaurant, but not free breakfasts. The room has everything you need. And now everything else: a terrible smell in the bathroom, like in a gas chamber. The smell of sewage mixed with tobacco smoke is just eye-watering. The ventilation doesn't work at all, and people smoke in the rooms. I talked about it every day-0 reactions. They don't clean well, the linen hasn't changed in 4 days of stay. 100% audibility. The people settle in a specific way-mostly men of different nationalities, whose culture is lame. Repairs were underway outside the window, everything was dug up at the hotel, and there was no way to get through the car. The hotel, as I understood it, is like a transit base for a one-day stay, no more. Four stars is just ridiculous.

Quite a nice hotel. The rooms are standard, without frills, they have everything you need, there are tea and coffee bags, a hairdryer, a kettle, a toothbrush with paste and everything you need for bathing and washing. Breakfast buffet, varied, there is plenty to choose from. Delicious.
The rooms on the ground floor are dark, there is a lot of greenery outside the window and it covers the light. On the second floor, some rooms have the same thing.
I recommend this hotel, to the large shopping centers in the center of 4 km.
P.S. book rooms on the hotel's website, it's much cheaper, aggregators are Russian aphigels with a margin.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The room is clean, there is a kettle, tea bags were lying next to it, you can always take bottles of drinking water in the lobby. The restaurant provides excellent breakfast, and during the day you can have an inexpensive and delicious lunch or dinner, the portions are very large.

Very nice and clean hotel! The rooms are comfortable, and cleaning is done regularly once a day. All the staff is kind and helpful, helps to solve any issues. I needed a place to work comfortably and was provided with 3 conference rooms to choose from in different sizes. The Internet works perfectly in the conference rooms and provides good speed, you can stay in it around the clock without any problems.
The hotels also have buffet breakfasts, where the food is constantly updated as it runs out. therefore, you can come tomorrow at any time without fear that there is nothing left!)
Also, I would like to separately note the owner of the hotel - a responsive and polite man who himself will always ask if everything is okay and if anything is needed.
Additionally, without leaving the hotel, you can go down to the store below, which adds convenience.
Therefore, I recommend this hotel, I have only positive impressions!

Non-chain hotels in Bishkek leave much to be desired. Among them, Rich differs in price and quality, if he calmly treats some features:
- the reception and the floor are constantly "blowing" from some kind of "canteen", the smell of something fried, and it's not from the hotel kitchen.
- the water in the shower hardly left, the sewer is clogged. Bring rubber slippers, they are very useful to me. But! The boiler is individual, so the water is always hot (there were big problems with temperature and pressure in another hotel, there were none in Rich, that's good)
- the staff tries to solve the guests' questions as much as possible. I was first checked into a smoky room, although I booked a non-smoking one. The receptionist offered another one and sent to the girl on the floor for the key (in a chain hotel you would be asked to wait, check the room and give the keys to the reception)
- breakfast. It causes mixed feelings. Instant coffee, porridge without milk can be asked, they will make it for you. I would describe breakfast as "a lot of things, but there is nothing to eat", I liked porridge with milk, delicious. There are separately boiled eggs, chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, tasteless cheese, some kind of sausage slicing (I haven't tried it), everything in minimal quantities, apparently so as not to get caught and disappear. They will add it if it ends.
- air conditioning does not refresh, it does not help, but it seems that this is the problem of many hotels, Bishkek is very dusty, air conditioners need to be cleaned often, apparently they do not have time to do it. I opened the window for the influx of oxygen and judging by the color of the tulle, not only I (dusty).
Of the undoubted advantages:
+Hot water and good water pressure (it turned out to be very important in Bishkek, I was in several hotels, there were problems)

We stayed at the end of April for one night. Junior suite room. In the morning it takes 25 minutes from the airport. Check-in around the clock, and not from 12, 14, etc., the countdown begins from the moment of entry, you can pay for a day and a half - convenient. There is a transfer from the hotel to/from the airport. The center is 25-30 minutes on foot. There is a shop at the hotel. Parking is quite large, but everything can be occupied - the hotel is popular.
Good breakfasts a la a small buffet - 2 types of porridge, pastries (very tasty), pancakes, omelet or scrambled eggs, fruits, yogurt, cottage cheese, cheese, sausage, boiled eggs, something else, in general it is quite enough to eat normally (without frills). If something runs out, add fresh ones.
The room is small but nice, clean, blackout curtains. Two beds - one single, the second double. A large bottle of water and a tea set. The TV didn't work, we managed. The Wi-Fi from the phone worked fine. The location of the sockets does not allow you to lie in bed and use your phone while charging. In san.the node had shampoo, a dental kit, soap, good toilet paper (believe me, this is not the case everywhere!), a large bathroom, good water pressure in the shower, its own boiler. Hair dryer. The beds are not with a mattress, but something like a sofa - a fairly rigid rigid base of upholstered furniture, we were fine. Good cotton bed linen. They did not understand what was wrong with the ventilation in the room, it was stuffy, they opened the window (there was no net, but at the end of April there were no insects either). For one night, very good.

We stayed at the hotel in a quadruple room. The hotel is mainly for male guests. Very noisy, 100% audibility from corridors, stairs and rooms. The feeling that they constantly bring girls for the night, you can hear the sounds of 18 + from evening to morning. Do not come here with children.
Construction is going on around, it's dusty.
Among the advantages - bottled drinking water is freely available at the reception.

It so happened that we stayed for 10 days, the room is on the 2nd floor. First of all, I would like to express my gratitude to the owner of the hotel - a very attentive, caring person! Helps animals- that says a lot! We arrived late, the hotel owner immediately ordered us to eat, although this is not included in the price. The rooms are clean, they bring water. The breakfasts are delicious. We had lunch and dinner at the hotel. And to be honest, the okroshka is the best in the city, although we helped ourselves in many restaurants. You need to walk 2 Blocks from the center, but it's useful)), we didn't have any problems, especially since taxis are cheap. In general, I recommend it!!!!
