Disgusting attitude. I would even say boorish. They didn't let me into the store with a bike. In a rude way, shouting that "there are 300 bucks worth of clothes hanging here, and you'll get everything dirty here." I note that the bike was after washing, it was dry outside. And I "stumbled" into the store with a bicycle, because I needed accessories for this bike. Naturally, I had to see if it was suitable or not. To this I received the answer: "Go outside, I can see for myself what you need - I'll take it out!" What's it like, you can't go to a bike shop with a bike!!) At the same time, the seller could not even roughly determine "by eye" the size of my tires. Naturally, nothing came up.
At the same time, I have repeatedly made purchases in this store, from a bottle holder to a bicycle, I have a discount there, etc. The attitude before that was not always pleasant, it felt as if they were doing you a favor. But this case is just an "edge". That's not how business is done. You need to learn how to handle customers if you don't know how. If you don't know how, go to any major bike store or just a sports store and see how it's done!
