We arrived at the institution around 13:00, although they are scheduled to work from 10:00. It was dirty inside, obviously not cleaned after previous visitors. We waited for 20 minutes, but no one even came up. We approached the staff three times ourselves, but we never received any service. The service is just terrible! There is no organization, no attention to customers. We won't come back here again and we won't advise anyone. We are very disappointed.
