We chose this hotel based on reviews based on the "price-quality" principle, without claiming any super conditions. We arrived at the hotel in the evening, checked in quickly. The hotel is a 1-hour drive from Cam Ranh Airport and 10 minutes from the beach. Initially, we were given a room on the 7th floor with a dismantled shower stall. It was obvious that it had been there before, as there were holes from the fasteners, but for some reason it was missing now. The bathroom itself is small, the shower is directed to the toilet and, accordingly, without a shower cabin, the entire floor was knee-deep in water, it was impossible to approach the toilet, and I had to wash more than once a day, as it was hot at the end of May. Why we were put in this room is a mystery. The number was changed the next day. We were moved to the 3rd floor and we only stayed there for 3 nights. At night, we began to notice a strange low-frequency rising noise. When it became impossible to sleep from it, we called the hotel staff and they said it was noise from the hotel's air conditioning system.…Finally, we were settled into a normal room, it was on the 8th floor. It already had a nice bed, new linens, a safe, a refrigerator, air conditioning, good pillows, a large bathroom, though also without a cubicle (it was not provided), but at least the water did not pour on the toilet. The Wi-Fi was working well. Everything was quite new. Water was supplied daily, shampoo, shower gel and toothbrushes were renewed, towels were changed, and wet cleaning was done, but only symbolically. The room also had a balcony, but it was very small, and you could only stand on it. If someone needs a beautiful view from the window, then you are not here, there is a wasteland around the hotel, but it is quiet and you cannot hear the main road. We only took breakfasts, they were normal, but the choice was small and not varied, but the big plus was that there were fruits: watermelons, passion fruit, pitahaya and other fruits unknown to us. I was surprised that there were no pastries at breakfast.… The staff at the hotel is friendly, especially the few boys at the reception. Keep in mind that the hotel provides towels for the beach, they are given at the reception under the signature, unfortunately, we did not find out about it immediately. There is everything you need near the hotel: pharmacies, local shops, cafes and restaurants for every taste. There is also good transport accessibility - there is a bus stop nearby. The beach is not very clean, there are few people, there are sun beds and umbrellas for a fee (for 200 thousand VND 2 sun beds and an umbrella). If it hadn't been for the relocation adventures that spoiled our impressions of the hotel, we could have returned to it.

We stayed at the hotel from 18 to 30 June. Deluxe room with a balcony. I liked the hotel, the staff was very helpful, although not everyone speaks English well, but an online translator helped out. The beach is 5 minutes away in a straight line, beach towels are provided free of charge at the reception. The hotel is located in a quiet location, but all the entertainment is just around the corner. We went to the Smak cafe with Russian dishes through a side street. The pool is clean and warm, there are sun beds. There is a shop in the hotel itself. The prices, oddly enough, are even cheaper than on the street. I liked the breakfasts too. Scrambled eggs, omelette, sausages, lots of vegetables, rice, noodles. Beef, chicken, and pork alternated from meat dishes. There are always fruits. Very tasty watermelons. Soft drinks, coffee and condensed milk. I don't like it, so I took the usual stuff from a convenience store nearby. The room has a very comfortable large bed, very delicate bed linen, towels are updated every day, bags of coffee and tea (green only) are provided, water, gel and shampoo are provided. There are toothbrushes, a comb, and cotton swabs in the bathroom. We don't have dressing gowns, but we didn't need to. They used their own slippers. There's a safe in the closet, but we didn't open it. I put everything in my suitcase and locked it. At the reception, you can ask for a second room card for a deposit of 100 thousand dong. There is a shop for Russian Sapphires on the embankment next to the hotel, where there is a good currency exchange rate. They also charge rubles. A little further across the street is the VRB ATM, where you can withdraw money from the Mir card. 1 million DONG at the Savings rate of 3300 rubles and 24 rubles commission. I recommend the hotel.

It's a good budget option. A big plus is that we were checked in earlier, at 11 o'clock, without extra charges. We had a flight in the evening, we had to leave at about 16 hours, we paid 250kd extra for a late departure, as I understood it, this amount was up to 18 hours, which was very convenient for us, so we didn't have to hang out somewhere or sit out the time. We stayed for two nights. I can't say anything about breakfasts, because I don't like them in hotels, people ate. The balcony was small, there was a view of the mountains, it was stuffy on the balcony, either the bus station or the bus parking was under the windows, but it didn't bother us at all. The pool is small below, there is also a shop with beach accessories, water, beer, sweets. Location 10 minutes at a quiet walk to the beach, to the first line, shops, cafes. In general, if you don't find fault, but understand that the cost per room is very small, then it's quite normal.
