Disgusting service, I ordered flowers in advance on March 8, when I ordered, they answered normally, we will deliver them on time, we will send them photos beforehand, etc. On the day of delivery, they didn't respond normally, they read and didn't respond until I started calling, calling, calling and calling (they hung up), when they did answer, they said they would contact me in advance before delivery, as a result, they delivered 3.5 hours later, they didn't warn me about the delay, during these three days I wrote and called them for half an hour, they didn't really answer, this organization doesn't have any conscience and customer orientation, I don't advise anyone to order from them!
