The company left an extremely negative impression about itself. When trying to hand over an old-style battery in a metal case, I first wrote off in a telegram with the company's employees (I attached a photo of the battery), they replied that they accept such a battery. However, upon arrival at the reception point, it turned out that still such batteries are not accepted. So it turns out that the 60 km journey was done in vain. I do not know who is to blame for this situation (incompetent employees or a chatbot in a telegram), but I ask the management to understand the situation in order to exclude such unpleasant cases in the future

1. I asked for delivery by a certain time, agreed with the manager, then called back and said that it would not be possible to arrive by the specified time, the result was that the courier arrived an hour and a half later.
The courier/seller does not have a complete set of tools for installing/removing the battery from the car. When buying, I asked the manager if they would install a new battery - the answer is yes. I wasn't worried about it. A courier arrived with two keys and two screwdrivers. The result is that the battery terminals are not screwed properly. I called the Rimbat service - the time of the call is about 16.00 Saturday - no one answered. I wanted to come so that the battery could be screwed on and checked for a charge.
As a result: the office is normal, they advised the accum, probably sensible, I go for the third day only, it's too early to draw conclusions.
