I ordered an Acom 60Ah 510A battery on Friday evening after the end of the working day. No confirmation has been received either by SMS or e-mail.
On Saturday at 1 p.m. I decided to call. Soon I got a call back and I found out that the battery would be delivered to me only on Monday, because Acoma is not available in the store.
Question: would you have called me yourself if I hadn't asked in advance? I had to go on Sunday.
However, another battery was quickly agreed upon with the manager, which was delivered to me 2 hours later. But I managed to get out to the car and found that I had specified the wrong polarity when ordering... The manager's reaction to my clarifying call was stoic, understanding, and there was no anger or hatred)
After 2 hours, they brought me a new battery, and they installed it just like in the book. First a plus, then a minus, no blows to the battery terminals.
After replacing the battery, the charging voltage was measured. They issued a guarantee for a new one and took the old one. The driver's politeness is excellent.
Everything is very good, there are only flaws in the form of a lack of order confirmation. And I don't know if they would have called me back to inform me that the battery that was originally selected was not available.

But the whole review and impression was spoiled by the deliverer or courier who delivered the battery. We agreed on the same amount with the manager on the phone, but in fact the courier tells me to pay the entire cost of the battery on the card, and he will take my old one for 20p. I had a TAB 95ah. However, as I understand it, installing a new battery is usually free of charge. And then he told the MNC that the installation is paid and will cost another 10p. Therefore, please ask the management to select couriers (battery deliverers) more carefully.

When trying to hand over an old-style battery in a metal case, I first wrote off in a telegram with the company's employees (I attached a photo of the battery), they replied that they accept such a battery. However, upon arrival at the reception point, it turned out that still such batteries are not accepted. So it turns out that the 60 km journey was done in vain. I do not know who is to blame for this situation (incompetent employees or a chatbot in a telegram), but I ask the management to understand the situation in order to exclude such unpleasant cases in the future

1. I asked for delivery by a certain time, agreed with the manager, then called back and said that it would not be possible to arrive by the specified time, the result was that the courier arrived an hour and a half later.
The courier/seller does not have a complete set of tools for installing/removing the battery from the car. When buying, I asked the manager if they would install a new battery - the answer is yes. I wasn't worried about it. A courier arrived with two keys and two screwdrivers. The result is that the battery terminals are not screwed properly. I called the Rimbat service - the time of the call is about 16.00 Saturday - no one answered. I wanted to come so that the battery could be screwed on and checked for a charge.
As a result: the office is normal, they advised the accum, probably sensible, I go for the third day only, it's too early to draw conclusions.
