RIO Cafe is located at 153 Gagarin Street.A new renovation was carried out in the summer of 2025.There is a summer playground on 3 levels with plenty of greenery. It's light at night. There are gazebos illuminated for 6 people . and a large summer gazebo for 30 people.. fountain. Music is optional. The cuisine is European and national. I really liked the good service. We were disappointed on 12/12.25, maybe there was a banquet that day and the kitchen couldn't handle it, we wanted to have dinner for three people, one of us is a child, we paid about 16,000 and went hungry, the takeaway portions decreased, it's a pity that we lost one of the visited places,,,
