A normal hotel, good service. I was at work for literally three days in December 2023, I took a side room with a view of the embankment and the sea, with a huge window: the view is beautiful. There is a wide street under the windows with heavy traffic during rush hours. But the sound insulation is good, at night the cars fly by with a quiet whistle. Traffic jams in the evenings, at the end of the working day. This is how the traffic is organized, there is just an exit from the center. There is a place to eat, the food is good + there are a lot of delicious places in the neighboring alleys. You can walk along the embankment, everything is cultural. It is worth considering that this is not a tourist area, it is more a working-sleeping area: you will not be able to communicate in Russian without problems. Translator or English to help. There is a bus stop nearby, even in the city, even to the airport. Overall, the impressions are good.

Great location. The rooms are small. Terribly dirty windows, curtains covered in dirt, dust and biological residues. The beds are uncomfortable, the bed linen is gray and white. Furniture with broken handles both in the room and in the bathroom. Not all outlets work. Kettle, mugs, tea, sugar, instant coffee, water. There is mold in the bathroom. The towels are strangely gray in color. Of course, it's scary to go into the bathroom. There are no soaps, shampoos or other accessories. Toilet paper is available. The payment for the room is 100% and the money is not refunded, the number will not be changed. On the minus ground floor there is a sauna, apparently the hotel is intended for sauna visitors. Breakfast starts at 08:00, but I haven't seen a single Guest who would have waited for him, the money won't be refunded either. I do not recommend the hotel, avoid booking it!

One of the advantages of the hotel is its location and breakfast included in the room rate. Classic breakfast: tea, a couple of cheeses, sausage, boiled egg, vegetables, honey, jam, chocolate paste, bread. If you want, pay and get other dishes. As for the location, there are two stops nearby: one towards the airport (here the final one is for buses that will take you to the airport for 60 liras) and the other towards the center (several buses and all go to the historical part of the city).Plus, within walking distance there is Marmaray (something like a metro), minibuses that will take you to the metro. The area is quiet, there are many clothing stores. The room is nice, clean. Of the minuses - the refrigerator did not work in our room (it could not be repaired), ventilation did not work well (although smoking was forbidden in the hotel, but someone did not care, smoke was often in the room), the room was stuffy due to small windows + on the street for 2 weeks someone-then at 3 o'clock in the morning he started yelling and talking loudly, it was impossible to sleep...
