Terrible service. I always ordered through Yandex.I'm on my way, but I couldn't find the Rice Cafe there today. I decided to order through the Mika group app. The application works with bugs, it shows that the order has been accepted, and that the order has been transferred to the courier and is not shown further. I ordered 2 woks and a sushirito. The order did not arrive in full, 1 wok and a sushirito. I contacted Those.support, in total, the issue was solved for 1.5 hours. We had 3 conversations with the operators and never apologized for the situation.
