I really liked this hotel — I've stayed here twice already. It has an excellent location: there is a large shopping center nearby. The rooms are spacious and stylish, with large balconies and magnificent views. Everything is thought out for a comfortable stay. Each room has a fully equipped kitchen: there is a microwave, refrigerator, stove, extractor hood, washing machine, dishes, pots, oil, coffee, tea, sugar and even washing powder. All household amenities are also provided: a safe, hairdryer, iron, clothes dryer, bathrobes, slippers, shampoo and shower gel. Cleaning is carried out daily, which is especially pleasant. The reception is located on the 13th floor, and breakfast is now served there — they are not only delicious, but also beautifully decorated. Special thanks to the cook and the attentive waiters. I would like to express my special gratitude to Mariam's manager, Zara and the entire reception team. They resolve any questions and requests quickly, delicately and with sincere goodwill. You really feel welcome at this hotel. Now, when I come to Armenia, I will stay only here.

Great room with a view of Ararat, nice to drink coffee in the morning on the balcony. There is everything for a comfortable stay: a full set of dishes, tea, coffee, sugar, spices, oil. Beautiful shower room with shampoo and shower gel, bathrobes and slippers. Everything is as stated. Cleaning for 5+, we were very happy when we came tired from the tour, and the dishes were washed. The receptionist at the reception helped arrange a late check-out. I would like to thank all the staff of the hotel for a wonderful stay. If to Armenia, then only to you.

Initially, we booked a room with a view of Ararat. They gave me a room with a view of the hypermarket, the road and the building, horror. Separately, it should be said that it is impossible to sleep at night with an open balcony due to the constant noise from those.hypermarket installations. Condey is too noisy. Also, because of the strong wind, it blows so that the balcony door seems to fall apart. One of the advantages is a spacious room, provided with everything. The water pressure is low, there is no shower in the bathroom, all the water will be on the floor. In general, think about it.

It's a disgusting place. The room stock is old, shabby, dirty. The walls are dirty. The sofas are covered in stains, debris, and crumbs. There's food on the floor from the old tenants. There's someone else's hair on the beds. The bathroom stinks of sewage. There's a construction site around. If you take a breakfast rate, then breakfast is more expensive than the menu + you need to pay extra for tea and coffee. The choice of breakfast from 4 positions. They cheat with the payment. In fact, it comes out more expensive. The reviews are probably hyped.

Great hotel. Calm. More like a house with a kitchen, where everything is provided for a comfortable stay. Down to the smallest detail. Excellent plumbing and very friendly staff. We came from excursions and just rested in this house. There is a nice shopping center with the same name nearby, where there is a wonderful supermarket where we bought groceries and cooked breakfast. If we are in Yerevan, we will definitely return to this hotel.

It's a very cool place. The room is spacious; perfect cleanliness; excellent ventilation, always pleasant and fresh air in the room; the room has absolutely everything you need, including a washing machine and a toaster; balcony, bay window - stunning views from everywhere: mountains, city; staff is responsive, friendly; within walking distance of a shopping center, public transport stop; no parking problems. Of the disadvantages, I can note not the most convenient location - it's either a long way to go to the center or to go.

Super apartment in Yerevan, with amazing views of the city. A great patio where you can meet the dawn at breakfast and spend the sunset in the evening with a glass of delicious Armenian.
