The table is very dirty after other visitors, we waited 35 minutes for our table to be cleaned, called the waiters button a lot of times and everyone ignored it. Okay, I think maybe there are a lot of people, and then I see 2 waiters sitting carelessly at a table on a summer holiday and talking with other visitors (apparently friends came), as a result, we waited 40 minutes with a dirty table to take an order from us. A pleasant, atmospheric place where you can celebrate a small event with family and friends, as well as spend time in the company of dear people, a fairly calm place where you can talk over a cup of freshly brewed coffee, which can be selected in a huge assortment from the bar menu. The interior is good for Taraz, everything is done wisely and it is clear that this place is not the first for the owners and they did everything taking into account previous mistakes, apparently, but there is the main thing, but these are the waiters. They don't record orders for you, and because of this, they forgot to bring dishes to us. Pasta with shrimp was cooked for a very long time, until we started telling them, they ordered it at 20:20 and brought it at 21:24. This of course shows the level of responsibility and service, there was no compoiment for waiting or apologizing, in the end they remembered that they had forgotten the pizza too. In general, except for the staff, I have no comment, the only thing I ask is not to add lemon zest to the pasta with shrimp, since it does not combine in my personal opinion. I ask you to review the work of the staff and work on mistakes, as the institution has potential.
