A stunning hotel with a magical view in the heart of Abkhazia. Our trip to Abkhazia in early January left incredibly warm and very positive emotions, and in many ways this is the merit of this particular hotel, which has become an ideal refuge. Main advantages: · Perfect location. The hotel is about 800 meters (about 10 minutes on foot) from Abaata Station. This is the golden mean: quiet, calm, and at the same time easy and fast to get to the train station, even with luggage. · Magical view from the window. The hotel is located in a gorge, and the view from our window was simply mesmerizing — the picturesque slopes, nature. This created a special, peaceful atmosphere and allowed every day to begin and end with contemplation of the beauty of Abkhazia. · A great dream. This is the real pride of the hotel! The room has a large and very comfortable bed with a high—quality mattress, and the bed linen is perfectly white, fresh and crisp. After walking in winter Abkhazia, I slept incredibly comfortably. · Very polite and attentive staff. The staff was genuinely polite, helpful and helpful. This hospitality, so characteristic of Abkhazia, was felt from the very first minute and added a lot of pleasant emotions. · In-room entertainment. After an active day, it was nice to relax in a room with a TV with many channels available. The ability to choose a movie or program is a small but pleasant touch to the comfort. · Modern environment. Our 1-room room was newly furnished, clean lines and created a sense of comfort and order. · A separate huge plus is the beautiful embankment! Even at the beginning of January, walking along the embankment was amazing and became one of the most vivid memories. It's an easy walk from the hotel. · Perfect cleanliness and silence. The room was absolutely clean, and due to its location in the gorge, there was complete, deep silence, broken only by the singing of birds. Abkhazia has left very positive emotions, and this hotel has become an integral part of them. It offers the perfect balance: comfort for sleeping, impeccable service, a favorable location, the winter magic of the embankment and the breathtaking scenery of Abkhazia right from the window. It's a place where you want to come back to experience that peace and hospitality again. We heartily recommend it! We stayed at the hotel from 06/22 to 07/01. 25, the staff is friendly, they will say good morning in the morning, but they will not ask anything else during the vacation. At the same time, you can always contact them with a request. The hotel is cleaned daily and very clean. Photos and videos do not convey the stunning beauty of nature. In the morning, birds sing and the sound of a mountain river. Delicious breakfasts in the cafe at the hotel and some menu items, I liked the Kiev cutlet. It is a 20-minute walk to the sea (medical beach). The hotel has a heated swimming pool, which is very convenient if the sea is still cool.

A relatively new, stylish hotel with an amazing view of the gorge. The hotel is located next to the bus station, from which you can go to New Athos, Pitsunda and the local market. There are also shops nearby where you can buy fruits and everything you need. The beach is a 15-minute walk away, where free sun beds are provided from the hotel, which is very convenient. The beach is great, spacious. The sea is clear. The hotel has a swimming pool and this is a very big plus. It helps out in case of bad weather and when you arrive late after the tour, you can refresh yourself there before going to bed. The pool has very comfortable sun beds, tables and always pleasant music. The room itself is very spacious and beautiful, it has everything you need, air conditioning, TV, WI-FI, a large and comfortable bed, very good linens. Cleaning for 5! Linen change is regular. The cleaning lady is a very nice and pleasant woman. The breakfasts are very tasty (especially pancakes with honey, cheesecakes with sour cream and sausages with ketchup; with an omelet with cheese, there is varying success – from delight to almost missing dishes.) Lunches and dinners are delicious, but the menu is sooo limited. I liked the chicken noodle soup, but the success with the boats was also variable – they ate everything from delicious to delicious and didn't order any more. Of the cons: - There is no elevator, no one will help you with your suitcases. - The cutlery was sometimes brought greasy. - Waiters often have to be caught, they can relax on the sofas and pay attention to the fact that you have been waiting at the table for a long time. - During our stay, we have never seen disinfection carried out in the pool. After we and the guests from the next room picked up the rotovirus and spent two days in the room with vomiting and fever, we saw that the employee had uncontrollably poured some liquid into the pool, leaving no sign that the treatment was being carried out, and literally 5 minutes later 3 children had already gone swimming there. - We didn't get any participation/help from the staff or at least a pill. - I would like to have a more varied lunch and dinner menu. At the moment, there's only one dry–boiled pizza and boats. - An interesting point about the service fee. Meals were always taken to the room, there was no service. They paid immediately. And the percentage for the service was in the receipt, then it wasn't. The price for ketchup is 30, then 50. It's all small things, of course, but it's kind of weird. - Some wrote that you get into this hotel like a family. To be honest, it didn't seem that way to us, especially at the beginning. The hotel staff is good, but it takes a while to realize that. I would like to see at least a smile upon check-in, more participation and hospitality, to hear "Good morning" addressed to me, or at least once during the rest the question: "Are you all right? How's your vacation?" After all, the hotel is very small, there are not so many guests, and it's not that difficult. And the rest would be more convenient if at least some recommendations and hints were given: where is it possible and safe to buy (this is an urgent question for Abkhazia!), how and from where can you leave on your own, it is elementary, how exactly to get to the beach. It's still 15 minutes to go there, and we don't know the area, but the answer: "across the bridge at the Sunrise Hotel" didn't help us much: where is this bridge, how to get to it, how to cross it, how do they cross the road here (there are no zebras, traffic lights and crossings too), in which direction go to this Sunrise hotel and where it is located (there is no sign). We searched for a long time.

Rit was our final location in Abkhazia. We rested in Rita for 3 nights. I liked everything: the location, the room, the pool, a quiet rest. It took about 15 minutes to walk to the sea and it didn't bother me at all. You can walk along the gorge, but preferably in comfortable shoes, there are horse rides. You can eat at the hotel or there are 2 cafes nearby (they are rustic, but quite tasty), you can walk to the Abbaat's teahouse and beyond.

We had a vacation with a friend in early June 2025. At first, everything was perfect, the room was cleaned every day, and the room was very spacious and bright with a balcony. Polite staff, there was a problem in the shower with a watering can - the issue was resolved instantly. Incredibly delicious dishes in the hotel restaurant, many thanks to the hostess and the waiters. (Thanks to the waiter, Beca, always for the detailed description and recommendation of the dishes), a heated swimming pool and, in general, a very nice territory at the hotel. The room had slippers, a kettle, a hairdryer, a refrigerator, a TV, glasses and glasses. There is an ironing board and iron on the floor. Everything is clean. The hotel is really on the level. Nearby cafes, shops, pharmacy. A huge minus caught us before we left, we had dinner at the hotel, an intoxicated man approached, who introduced himself as the owner, which he did not seem to be in the end, began aggressively calling for us to go with him to "cut lamb", climbed up to kiss our hands, and began shouting at our refusal that we were wild and were girls of a different orientation since we refused him. The staff saw everything, the noise was all over the floor in the evening, all situations were ignored. We expected at least an apology for this behavior, nothing. That's the moment when you realize that you're not safe even in your hotel. Dear girls, if you are traveling to this country and the hotel alone, as we decided without husbands, be careful. The Internet also worked intermittently, so it's better for those who need to buy a local SIM card or connect a tariff from Megafon in advance. I give a rating of 4 only because the rest was generally comfortable, and this situation occurred before departure, I hope the administration will stop such an attitude towards guests and not turn a blind eye to such an incident.

One of the best hotels in Abkhazia. Excellent staff, delicious breakfasts, nice rooms with modern renovation and furnishings. We had a room on the 5th floor with a view of the gorge, a bomb view! All this adds up to a super impression of the hotel. We walked to the sea, although we arrived in Abkhazia by car, not far and not for long, there are few people on the beaches, there are several restaurants and cafes along the way for any purse. In the hotel itself, we had 490 rubles per person for breakfast at the key. The main menu is also fine. After RIT, we went to Sukhum, too, to a new hotel, there is a great lack of Rit comfort.

Lovely hotel, fresh renovation, cleanliness, no mold in the bathroom (an important point for me!!), beautiful view! Silence (there is no music, activity, shouting, tourists in large numbers). Delicious breakfasts! In 10 minutes the Seaside Park and the sea. Of the small shortcomings that are easy to correct in order to increase comfort: to put dryers (there were no dryers in our room, it was inconvenient:( ), make shelves in the dressing room niche (it is also inconvenient without them, there are only a few hangers). Upon arrival, there was no sofa in our room (although we warned that with children) and there was no kettle. But everything was done promptly) There are no elevators, we lived on the 5th floor. Perceived it as cardio exercise))) but maybe it will be important to someone.

We came here just because of the pool to celebrate a birthday. On the day of check-in, in the evening I go to look at the pool, and it's covered in green moss and dirty as if it hasn't worked for 2 months, I ask is the pool working? In response, the heating element broke down there, I'll find out if it was done or not. I'll clarify later, and they say yes, but it's dirty, and they'll clean it up and wash it tomorrow, and you can swim. On the next day, no one moved, on the 3rd day at lunch I ask, well, what was washed? They say yes, it will warm up in the evening and you can swim. I went to look, the moss was partially washed away around the pool, most likely a couple of bleach tablets were thrown into the pool, but the water is cloudy, and dirt is on the bottom (someone already wrote that it corrodes dyed hair or something). 2 meters away, work is underway to raise the boards to the top, all the chips fall into the pool, and an employee walks along the side of the pool. As a result, they got tired of listening to fairy tales, did not sit for another day and left, of course, no one will return the money for the day. The Wi-Fi is purely for show, even from the neighboring moon, and that finishes it off, well, then there's dirt on the bed and black fungus in the shower in the corners, these are small things. In the evenings, some local marginal personalities walk in the lobby, girls categorically do not go out in the dark without guys.

Booked on a Booking, a day - 8,200 for a family with two children. Clean, cozy. Delicious. We lived in Sukhumi and this point was already intermediate. If you are without a car and for a long time, it is not the best option. It is far from the sea and the road is tense, there is no sidewalk, cars are driving, dirt, garbage and landfill are everywhere. A mountain river flows into the sea, the sea is cool in this part and very clean. The beach line is not wide, keep in mind. The sun beds are very close. The hotel is wonderful, the staff is very friendly. The cafe is delicious and clean.
