Bought a ritmo mattress, Tesla (pinskdrev), sold out six months later. A man arrived from Pinsk, confirmed the marriage, and 5 days later received a letter refusing to return or exchange the mattress. Horror, apparently they have such a policy, the refund is only by court order! I give them 0 . I do not recommend it!!!

In May 2025, I purchased a Solita-lux 18m reinforced mattress from the Ritmo store, less than a year has passed since the springs began to sag in it. The factory is looking for reasons not to change it and a manufacturing defect has been discovered, but they do not recognize this, they do not want to change it, they only offer to repair low-quality goods. I was left spellbound.
