I would like to rate the cafe "Pilaf Center", which belongs to the cafe "Ritsa". Twice during the rest we came here to eat. On the first visit, we ordered two types of pilaf - with mutton and veal. It's very tasty! Large portions at an adequate price. For the second time, we ordered lamb shurpa, manti with beef, Lazzat and Bahor salads, and Uzbek Chalop okroshka. It's all just delicious! Cafe "Ritsa": a great place for relaxation and gastronomic pleasure! I recently visited the Ritsa cafe and was very pleased. I want to share my positive impression. Cuisine: A very diverse menu with Georgian and Russian cuisines. I was particularly delighted with khachapuri in Adjarian style - the dough is perfect, the cheese is fresh and fragrant. The Tskhinvali salad turned out to be a real discovery — an unusual combination of flavors, which pleasantly surprised. ⭐️ Service: The staff is friendly and attentive. The order was quickly accepted, the drinks were delivered on time, and there were no delays. ⭐️ Prices: The price-quality ratio is excellent. For a reasonable price, I received excellent food and a good mood. Bottom line: Visiting the Ritsa cafe left the most pleasant impressions. We had a rest in Gagra in the first half of September (this is our 4th vacation in Gagra) and found a restaurant, "Ritsa", there is also a "Pilaf Center" across the wall-they have the same owner, but different cuisine. We spent several evenings there in a row . In "Cent of pilaf" we tried almost all the hot dishes, everything is sooo delicious! The atmosphere is wonderful - clean, cozy,beautiful.The service is excellent, the girls know their stuff. The cuisine is excellent.We've been to many restaurants and cafes over the holidays, but definitely, these are the best! Many thanks to the team for a pleasant time, we will definitely come back to you!)
