But you can't bring your own food or even water here. That's what they make money from. A 1.5 liter bottle of water costs 16 dirhams, i.e. about 400 rubles. A serving of any food is about 1800 - 2000 rubles. So it turns out that it's cheaper to go to a free city beach in Dubai.
