Terrible staff! They took a long time to make out, they didn't help with the bags, they didn't answer any questions. A deposit of 1000 baht is required at this hotel. And no matter what time you check in and that you don't have them with you, go wherever you want and look, there is no alternative! When we checked out, we left a bag of things in the room, and at the reception we waited until the cleaner checked the room, of course they didn't tell us anything about the package, it was a shame... The walls are thin, the audibility is excellent. The location is not convenient, some taxi drivers did not even know where the hotel was located. The interior is beautiful and this is probably the only one that we fell for.
