Хороший ЖК. Облагородили территорию. Одна проблема - жалобы на лифты. Застройщик обещает устранить все жалобы. В квартире вроде тепло. Зимой будет видно. Есть панорамные окна.

I give 4 stars neither to me nor to you because first of all the repairs are just terribly done, but the residents have tried to improve to this.
