Great place! We spent unforgettable days in Poti! Thank you Riverside! We lived in a cottage with spacious modern apartments with everything you need. There are recreation areas on site. Cozy, clean, comfortable and very peaceful. Nearby there are picturesque places, a river and a lake, near the seashore with a wide long sandy beach. We recommend you to stay! Good luck and prosperity to Riverside!

I had to get to Poti for work, and it so happened that the arrival time was 2 a.m. I talked to the owner at 9 p.m., explained the situation that there would be a late check-in, to which the owner offered to meet me himself and check me into the room. The man is very pleasant, punctual, cultured, speaks excellent Russian. He knows the city perfectly, he will tell you everything you need. Regarding the number:clean, everything you need is there, a beautiful courtyard, a river flows behind, which unfortunately could not be appreciated, there was little time. I definitely recommend it!

The best place in Georgia! The owner is Russian-speaking, responsive, always in touch and ready to help with any question. There is no smell of sewage in the rooms, as in most hotels in Georgia!!! The room is clean and cozy! The yard is neat. The room has access to the river with a refined place for gatherings and fishing! Of the several rooms in our car trip to Georgia, this was the best! We didn't regret a bit and were glad that we stayed here! I recommend it!

It's a wonderful place! It's cozy, kind, and welcoming. We came to go boating - and it's just mind blowing! So cool! I haven't seen this anywhere else. Literally :) I think you can see this in the Amazon and on tropical rivers, but you wouldn't expect it in Georgia. The Georgian Amazon was incredibly impressive! I didn't expect it to be so cool! Thank you very much to the hosts! Igor is the best! He knows every underwater and surface snag, masterfully controls the boat. All that remains is to get high and enjoy nature.

A great place for a family or romantic vacation. I really liked the exclusive boat tour of the relic lake from the owner of the establishment: I brought it to places where official excursions do not go. It's like the Amazon jungle! He also took them to the observation tower, where the anniversary was celebrated surrounded by the untouched nature of the relic lake. We didn't even know that it was possible. There are a lot of impressions! The hotel complex itself is a quiet place away from the road, good rooms, there is a terrace right on the riverbank where you can sit and cook food on the grill. Nice rooms. And in terms of money, everything turned out well together. I recommend everyone to go and take a tour!

The house has a river with sun loungers, swings, hammocks, a lake and the sea in 5 minutes, a chic Arboretum in 20 minutes by taxi The owners are like ninjas — they answer and solve all questions instantly, while they are delicate, unobtrusive, good-natured people, they helped us in everything, treated us, took us on a boat 🤍 There are many additional services: excursions, romantic trips for two, transfers — ask, they will tell you everything The breakfasts for an additional fee are super tasty and the portion is large, we even overeated) Another of the amenities is that there was a market, a pharmacy and a vegetable shop nearby, a large supermarket in the center of Poti is 10 minutes by taxi In general, the vacation turned out great, we will come again, success to the owners in everything 🫂

Not bad, there were problems with the shower. The water wouldn't leave and the watering can was splashing in all directions. I liked everything else. An area with a veranda by the river. The hosts are great. There is a motorboat available for a ride in the national park. I recommend.

Firstly, the location between my favorite sea and the beautiful lake Paliastomi Secondly, I was struck by the appearance of the house, its modern and stylish renovation, as well as the furniture inside the rooms - it looks like it has just been bought👍 Thirdly, the rooms are very clean, there is not a speck of dust, which simply cannot but please Fourth, the room has a full kitchen where you can cook, there are also dishes I was also very pleased that there is a washing machine in every room Fifth, I would like to note the hospitality and friendliness of the manager Vitaly I want to express my great gratitude to him for the fact that there is an opportunity to check in at night, now you rarely find anywhere that check-in can take place at any time of the day😊 I really hope to visit here more than once😍

Very nice place. On the shore of the lake. The sea with the beach nearby, walk along the scenic road through the park, the bridge over the Golden Lake and the forest. The rooms are new with new furniture and equipment. Everything is completely OK. There are no fungi and mold. Very hospitable and welcoming hosts. A very fast and accurate hotel director who will get you anything, even at one o'clock in the morning. And he will put you in a hotel, even if you arrived at a completely untimely time. We were completely satisfied. The hosts speak perfect Russian, speak English well.
