We are staying at Tigran's for the second time (September 2022 and October 2024) for 10 days.The guest house is excellent (there is everything you need both in the room and in the kitchen)Everything is clean and cozy.The center is a 15-minute walk away…Near the market,parks,shops… Next time we will come here again!!! We stayed for 4 days. The guest house is excellent: the room is perfectly clean, there is everything you need (air conditioning, TV, slippers, toiletries). There is also a microwave, toaster, thermopot, tea, coffee, sweets and biscuits are freely available. Breakfast can be ordered. I really liked the attitude of the hosts, friendly, always ready to help. The location of the house is ideal, everything is close: Republic Square, parks, Vernissage market, shops and metro. We will recommend it to our friends and now we will only stay here!
