I had a rest at the hotel in July 2023. The most pleasant memories. Friendly receptionists, cozy clean rooms, cleaning every day, linen change in 4 days. Convenient transport location. Special thanks to the administrators, they guided me how and where to go since I am without a car, what to see in the vicinity. On occasion, I will definitely come again, beautiful nature, everything you need to relax

Cozy rooms, pleasant views. There are yachts, deck chairs and bicycles for rent. Nearby there is a floating house with an Aquilon bathhouse and a gazebo on the water.

I am writing an honest review about the hotel. We stopped by for one night: ROTTEN WATER is flowing from the taps, dirty hot water with pieces of black particles. Unfortunately, I couldn't even wash my face with this water. It really stinks and it's scary to wash the mucous membranes. With children, definitely not a foot there! Taking a shower from the road will also not work🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️ The water is pouring and it stinks terribly (((( But! Please, the most important thing! The hotel reception simply ignores calls, they began to answer WhatsApp, they wrote that this was the first time such a situation had occurred. And then, after an hour of proceedings, they wrote that "I am forwarding their message": "we want to inform you today that the supply of water, as well as any problems with it, does not lie on our responsibility. The situation is exactly the same in nearby cities, not to mention the other rooms in our hotel. Complaints to the Minsk water utility are received regularly, but the situation often does not change due to factors beyond our control." I went with the manager to other available rooms - the situation is exactly the same ((( rotten water ((( smelly horror(( That is, they get such rotten, smelly and dirty water all the time. They asked for a bonus for such inconveniences, to put it mildly — they refused, and then they simply stopped responding to me in WhatsApp I don't recommend it, guys. Although the place is picturesque, of course.
