A mini-hotel, the rooms are more like apartments with everything you need. Pastries for breakfast and you could bake waffles yourself. The breakfast menu is unchanged, for a change - there are a lot of cafes nearby. The hotel is located next to the ocean, within walking distance, parallel to Ocean Drive. The windows of my room faced the courtyard, it was not noisy.
