The guys were polite when handing out the car and even met by chance at the delivery - they clarified whether everything was fine. Payment via the MIR card, although it is declared a payment system, but in fact does not work - keep in mind, therefore, only cash. They gave me some water for the road, a "Christmas tree" and a template for a windshield number. The sediment was left from the car wash - they brought the car hastily washed, with streaks and traces of dried drops, but that's okay, nonsense. The unpleasant thing is that after that, for a couple of smeared bugs on the windshield and midges on the bumper, they ask for 25 rubles. This is the cost of a very elite car wash, after which the car should look clearly better than it was served to you. In addition, the suspension of the car rattled, which could be discounted. I think it would be if there was more coordination between the administration and the guys who deliver cars to customers. Otherwise, everything is fine, thank you.

I have considerable travel experience and quite often rented cars in different countries. I put Rixis in the first place. The company met us halfway on many issues, they were very polite and punctual. Cars are brought to any point and also picked up at any point. There are pleasant "buns" from the company that I have never met anywhere before (you will find out upon receipt). The cars are clean, tidy, and technically sound. I recommend it ;)

I rented a BMW 5 G30 twice. The car is fully refueled and clean by the agreed time and delivered to any place. Both times the car was in excellent technical condition - everything worked well, there were no extraneous sounds. A separate plus for cleanliness - the car was perfectly clean. I really liked the service, I feel free to put 5 out of 5. Keep on keeping the same level! :)
