I was here in the lowest season, I liked everything. The location is convenient: the old town is not far away, and access to the embankment, where you can walk for kilometers, ride bicycles, run. The food is excellent, I liked literally everything, good European alcohol, and the cocktails are excellent. The spa complex is excellent, but the prices for additional services are exorbitant. Free bicycles, baskets, but they are great for a promenade along the embankment. There are two tennis courts: artificial grass with sand. A local coach will play with you for 1200 lire, so it's better to look for someone to play with, I went with a racket and on the 3rd day I found a partner, nest relief did not help me find a partner. There is also table tennis, animation for children under 10 years old.

Not a bad city hotel. It is suitable for tourists who like active recreation, rather than spending all their time on the territory of the hotel. Bicycle rental, tennis courts, football, basketball, etc. are available for vacationers. The Rixy Club for children is open from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. UAI is not the most impressive in Turkey, but it is quite decent, there is Starbuks coffee in one of the bars, kohlians are also available, all this is included in the price. And here most of the dishes are delicious, there is a variety. I've heard some guests complain about the variety and quality of the food, but everyone has their own preferences, in my opinion, everything is very decent)
The rooms, of course, are tired, it feels like a little more and they will need help to recover. But still everything is clean, decent)
Although the territory is not gigantic (it's great for a city hotel) convenient location, there are shops, bus stops, the beach, a completely panoramic elevator nearby, you can walk to the old town)

A good city hotel, the Rixos level is felt. The activity of the city, and the opportunity to swim. a small children's club, the opportunity to rent bicycles - there is a place to ride, there is a park with bike paths around.
We often walked in the Old Town of Kaleichi, which is only 2 km away on foot! and close to the airport, ~20 minutes.
The territory is not large, and you will have to go either down the stairs to the beach (and back up), or take the city elevator. but for us it was not a disadvantage, rather the opposite.
The conclusion is a hotel for active recreation, and the beach as a bonus. For me, expectation and reality have coincided 👍🏻

We stayed at this hotel during the New Year holidays of 2024-2025!!! A wonderful hotel, a little tired in terms of the interiors of the rooms, but all this is compensated by excellent service, friendly staff, excellent cuisine, a pool with warm water, bicycles for rent. There are bars on two floors, the right alcohol, they know how to make longs! A gala dinner (for money) and a bus trip to Dreamland were organized for the night. We've been upgraded to a room on Sea View! There is an archaeological museum nearby with a fine collection of ancient Greek and Roman finds.

Convenient location in the city, the best beach in Konyalta, clean territory, lots of sports activities, friendly staff, quickly solve all issues, the food is Turkish cuisine, few fruits and desserts (I would like European dishes). The hotel is very well located. Nearby there is a park, an embankment (about 7 km long), the "old town" (30 minutes on foot), the Megross shopping center. The staff is friendly and always ready to help with any questions. I would like to mention the work of the Russian-speaking Azhar employee. The food in the restaurant is varied (although there is not enough porridge in the morning, "oats with milk" does not pull porridge), although sometimes you have to look for a table to eat. The room cleaning was good.

We stayed at this hotel in December as a married couple. I would like to note that everything was at a high level upon arrival at the hotel. We also took into account our wishes about the hotel room. By the way, the room meets many requirements for the five-star category. Although there is no ironing board and iron. We liked the very good tea set and the sound insulation. We would especially like to mention the fitness center and the hammam with a sauna and a warm pool. And the food in the main restaurant was a little upset because there is little variety of dishes and not the highest quality that I would like to see in the hotels of the Rixos chain. We have always approached the choice of a place to stay responsibly, but in our "difficult" times, we have to approach the choice of a hotel with a special predilection, so that the vacation would not be spoiled. We flew in November, so we based our selection criteria not on the beach, but on the level of service at the hotel, the presence of a heated pool, proximity to attractions, and other walking opportunities.
Well, now let's move on to the main review:
Check-in, classic, 14-15 hours. If possible, you will be settled earlier, but if this is not possible, then you can not try to "appease" the administrator. In our practice, the hotel is rarely empty... At the same time, while in standby mode, you can use the entire infrastructure of the hotel (food, pools, bars, spa center). In order not to carry things with you: suitcases can be left at the baggage handlers, and valuables can be left in drawers, with combination locks, in the spa center without fear of theft. At the reception desk, they will tell you where, what is located, you can take a map of the location of the objects. Connect the Internet.
After receiving the coveted card, you will be able to get into the room. The room's filling and size are quite decent. The bed is really big. The mini-bar is replenished every day. There is a kettle, mugs, 3 types of (awesome) tea, coffee, safe. But about coffee, specifically in this hotel, I will write in the section about food))) The bathroom is classic, everything is clean. Shaving and dental supplies are available, and are replenished daily when cleaning the room. I won't tell you much about bathrobes and slippers, this is obviously the hotel where you can get it all without any problems. By the way, there are different sizes of bathrobes - you just need to pay attention to this from the staff of the guest accommodation service, and they will bring you the right one! Those who found a piece of dirt, he is, of course, well done, and I hope that everything is perfectly clean at home. I didn't look for it on purpose - I was satisfied with everything. The cleaning is decent, there is no dust on the floor after cleaning, the floors are wiped every day, swans are twisted)) I've read reviews about the "fatigue" of the rooms, I can't agree here either, 100%. This is a hotel, it cannot be completely closed for repairs, but the guys manage to close and repair parts, and generally keep everything in working order. We were a year apart - I saw progress, rooms were updated on several floors! Oh, yes, it's also worth noting - the rooms have EXCELLENT sound insulation, this is critically important for me.
Meal... The main restaurant is located on the ground floor of the hotel. On site, there is also a bar with snacks by the pool, in the summer season you can eat on the beach. You can also have a snack in the lobby, if anything, there are no problems with food. There are no queues, which is probably what interests everyone the most, there are no problems. Some, of course, manage to create them out of the blue, standing behind children who, at the very beginning, type fast food like French fries and onion rings. But those who do not need it, bypass them and calmly choose their own food, approaching pointwise to those marmites in which they are interested in food. The food is varied, delicious, endless))) And by the way, the chefs are trying to diversify the menu, then they will bake something in pots, then they will come up with something for some themed dinner. Fruits and sweets are in abundance. There is baby food in jars, there is a diet table, gluten-free food. No one will leave hungry... Now about coffee, as promised, in all bars, they brew excellent coffee, brew author's teas, and make lemonade according to recipes and raw materials from Starbucks, you can take it with you, therefore, as I wrote above, you probably won't need coffee in the room.
In addition to eating and swimming in the pools, you can be active, there are many sports grounds: lawn and table tennis, a golf course, a mini football field, a basketball and volleyball court. You can rent a bike and ride around the park with bike paths (bicycles are provided free of charge). On the ground floor, there is a gym with modern exercise equipment. According to the schedule, there are some training sessions, such as yoga and Pilates. In the spa center, there is a fresh bar, where you can drink freshly squeezed juice, tea, or a tonic drink made from fresh fruits or vegetables. You can also warm up in the Roman steam room, a classic sauna (but with a TV), and wash in the hammam. On request, you can undergo paid spa treatments. There is also a professional medical center on site, I know that there are dental services and hair transplants, but I'm sure this is not the whole range of his services. I do not know the prices, and for sure they are not static, there is no point in remembering.
Beach: we have visited both the summer and winter concept. The equipment is of course different. In winter, of course, there are no sun loungers and a bar, but bananas ripen at the entrance. In summer, everything is much more active, and food, drinks, and ice cream in any quantities. Everything is very clean and cultured. The beach is pebbly, but the pebbles are not large, and not sharp. There seemed to be enough deck chairs for everyone. There are tables with a QR code near the sun loungers, you can order food and drinks, and I assure you, they will bring you an order (we checked). But of course, there are "individuals" who occupy places in reserve, but they are "treated" for this disease - warning signs are everywhere that you should not occupy sun beds and leave, otherwise your belongings will be taken to the reception, from where you can pick them up safely. Yes, the beach is not 5 meters away, but here, when choosing a hotel, you need to carefully read the description, where it says that this is the second beach line, and not the first, so as not to write negative reviews about it later. But, next to the hotel there is a great park, and a wide embankment with walking and cycling paths, where it is very pleasant to walk, breathe fresh air when it is not the season, or not the time for sea bathing.
In principle, the hotel has a lot of automation, there is an application for ordering the necessary "services", for example, you suddenly wanted to change your slippers, made a request in the application - they brought it to you... The reception staff is as responsive as possible, there is always an employee who speaks Russian, many were seen last year, which I consider a plus, because people do not run away. We most often came across Danila, a very nice guy who will tell us everything, tell us, joke... At the guest accommodation service, Feruza helped us out most often, well, for some reason we were so lucky. I rarely single out specific people in my reviews, but these people really deserve it. She did a great job, when we met, she always asked how we were doing, and if everything was okay. It was necessary to bring 2 duvet covers at 10 p.m., please, 5 minutes, and we have them. In general, Feruza is well done, she did not forget anything, if she was asked for something in passing, going about her business, she wrote it down in a notebook, and by our return everything was done! In general, Daniel, and Feruza, if you read this, thank you very much))) The hotel management also does not stand aside, they walk, observe, tell the staff if someone hesitates, in general, well done.
Outside the territory, a 5-minute walk away, there is a shopping center, with the Migros hypermarket, and in general, not a bad set of shops. There is a bus stop nearby, 10 minutes by bus, and you are in the Mark Antalya shopping center, we walked - 40 minutes turns out, but after such a delicious meal like here, we just couldn't help but try to spend extra calories)))))
To sum up, I assure you, you can have a wonderful time in this hotel both in season and out. There will be entertainment, you can even go to football, there is a stadium nearby, Antalyaspor plays home matches.

Positive:
- location in the city center surrounded by a park;
- cool spa and vitamin bar;
- cool bar and pool staff;
- beautiful interiors;
- excellent room cleaning;
- high-quality alcohol and a cool cocktail menu (except the lobby bar);
- free shuttle service and access to the Land of Legends Park;
- a good lunch box with you at an early check-out;
- there were strawberries every day;
- free bike rental and a very cool promenade with a bike path;
- free Starbucks coffee.
Minuses:
- minus a star at the reception (they asked to replace the room because of the noise, we were told that the hotel was full and there were no rooms, but there would be a room for an additional fee - I think this is generally a failure and an indicator of the attitude towards the client);
- the food is very simple for a hotel of this level;
- lobby bar, there just wasn't enough staff;
- animation is only live music;
- a small heated swimming pool (I think for a hotel that is in demand only in off-season, this is a huge minus);
- in off-season, they do not put sun beds on the beach, although you just want to lie down and admire the sea;
- the staff sometimes can't cope with the number of guests.
The hotel is suitable for winter holidays. A 10-minute walk away is a large shopping mall with shops like Zara, etc.

We rested at the end of October in early November 2024, the most common five, which are many in Turkey without frills and some kind of premium service. The only plus is the stunning view from the room if you have a sea view. The rooms are very cozy, bathrobes are provided on demand, I asked for shower gel and shampoo for three days, the bed was never changed for 10 days, the bathroom door barely closed, I had to make efforts to close it. Four-course meals, very meager breakfasts, constant queues, a small restaurant. The staff is not always friendly and sometimes had to ask more than once. The beach is located outside the territory, you need to get out and take the municipal elevator down to the sea, there is an equipped beach from the hotel. Migros shopping center is 10 minutes from the hotel, and the aquarium is a 15-minute walk away.
If you think that you will end up in a premium hotel, then you are deeply mistaken.

I was in Turkey for the first time, before that I traveled through Asia. Many people told me that I would be pleasantly surprised, because Turkey is famous for "all inclusive" and "service". Well. We were only there for 2 days and out of season, so we didn't ask for a room change - the comments weren't so critical. I thought that rixos was something expensive and high-quality, but it turned out that it was just as "tired" as ordinary hotels in Asia, only the price tag was at least x10. Among the advantages: a variety of delicious food, a cool fresh bar, pleasant staff, bicycles with the possibility of rental throughout Antalya. Special thanks for the alcoholic pasta!!!! It's the best thing I've ever tried!))) Among the disadvantages: a small territory and small pools (we were told that one is warm, in fact cool, and one is "normal", in fact, in January it is like a font in temperature, and the water is warmer in the sea) for such a large number of rooms; the hotel does not have its own beach; poorly cleaned rooms in need of repair; you can not call your taxi; do not change money at the hotel, even if you really need and have nothing to pay the taxi driver; if the neighbor above or below smokes, then get ready to fully inhale the aromas of tobacco in the toilet; transfer from the airport was 7500, with our money!!! 29 minutes on the way!!! And they wanted to provide us with a taxi back for 25 bucks!!! If you imagine that in 10 days you will pay from 200k for this hotel, where you will be trampled during the season, then it is better to choose an ocean in Asia with a similar service for such money.

Great impressions after a family vacation in Turkey. The main advantage of this hotel is being in the city. We heard from friends who had previously vacationed in Turkey about long transfers from the airport to the hotel. Our travel time to the hotel is 30-35 minutes. It's great)

The good old five ! For off-season travel (end of November), it's just perfect. Everything is accessible without crowds and fuss. The room was amazing, the option "sea view" was added as a birthday gift. The restaurant was perfectly filled with varied and delicious dishes, good drinks and snacks , but for some reason everything changed on the last day) it became noticeably worse, the guests left after the weekend. We found a lot of entertainment for ourselves: bicycles, swimming pool and sea, courts, cats, spa, fitness, a trip to an amusement park, a good shopping center nearby. A great city hotel to visit in winter. Great location, surrounded by parks. The old town and various shopping malls are just around the corner. The lunches and dinners are varied, with a piano or live music in the evening. The hotel itself is tired, of course, and needs renovation. But we really liked it. I would like to express my gratitude to the hotel staff, especially the reception managers, animators, and the girls to the clearing staff. Everything is 5+. If you value comfort and at the same time want to stay in the center of the city, this is your option. The hotel is fully suitable for traveling with a child. A playground, a club, a sandbox, various entertainment, even a baby 1-2 g will be OK.
On nutrition: a chic buffet, convenient time slots. The cuisine is diverse, there is a lot of choice in meat, vegetables, greens. Wonderful desserts, a 5+ bar. The kitchen is adapted for children, there is boiled food, a lot of meat, fish, drinks, baby food. Ice cream, fruits, porridges, soups.
The rooms are cleaned every day.
Perhaps from the wishes: clean the sand in the playground more often, because there are a lot of cats on the territory of the hotel, respectively... They are frequent guests of the sandbox))

-The rooms are a bit poorly thought out and time-killed a bit. Examples are sockets that are difficult to reach and a sink that started leaking while we were living. Create a solid flood.
- The staff is friendly and always ready to help. Of course, they do not always help as they should, but obviously they try, they do not leave without attention.

We have been vacationing every summer season for many years in Turkey only on the Rixos network. This year, for the first time, the choice fell on Rixos Downtown
There are minor disadvantages compared to other hotels in the chain, but there are also positive aspects.
The first thing that surprised me was the cosmetics in the rooms (shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, etc.), in other networks -this is an individual package from spa Anjana. Here are suction cups in the shower with large volumes of shampoo, gel, etc. There are no lotions even on request. The slippers are not branded. It's a small thing, but we're used to it.
Usually there are 4-5 bottled beers to choose from in Rixos, some in glass containers, in this hotel one is poured into glasses.
One of the positive aspects is high-
quality food and service in the restaurant , the level is kept .
Delicious cocktails made from imported alcohol .
What I see for the first time and what, in my opinion, is the most comfortable thing in the hotel is a QR code on every sun lounger by the pool and on the beach, which leads to a menu with a selection of drinks and food, which in a short time are brought directly to the sunbed. It's just great!😍
A huge plus is the Rixos Football Academy, which we have encountered for the first time! They wouldn't even have known about him if they hadn't seen the uniform on the boy in the restaurant. This has not been seen in any hotel! Many thanks to the coaches Mikhail and Nikita! I don't know where you found them, but this approach to training, also on vacation, is a very professional level!
Every day at 6 pm there was a training session, and at 9 pm there was a game that all the parents watched))
The Rixy club is small here, but it has everything and the kids are quite comfortable there, cool shows every evening, master classes and games throughout the day! Special thanks to Eileen! You are a miracle!
I really liked the free bike rental! You can drive to the sea with a breeze along the bike path on the embankment! Very cool!

I liked absolutely everything, the accommodation, the food above all praise, the vegan table, the abundance of seafood, delicious strawberries and fresh fruits. Excellent sound insulation in the rooms, the most courteous hotel staff, I would especially like to mention the reception staff, special thanks to Maria. The child is delighted with the children's club, went to the Amusement Park, beautiful landscaping and the park itself. We were pleasantly surprised that after visiting the medical center, a fruit dish was brought for the child. We attended a peeling and massage session, very professionally, and were pleased with the presence of a ladies' area. I was pleased with the warm pool, just a buzz in the morning. It is located very close to the airport, about 30 minutes by transfer.The hotel is excellent, the location is ideal, the embankment and the city center are within walking distance, the best out of season. Magnificent views of the mountains and the sea. Responsive gestrelation girls, always helped with all questions. Daily replenishment of the minibar - beer, juice, carbonated water, lemonades. Daily cleaning, daily change of towels. Delicious food, always replenished dishes, efficient waiters. Imported alcohol, delicious cocktails. There is a Starbucks coffee next to the pool. Soulful evenings with invited musicians. There is a heated swimming pool outside, a cozy spa complex where you can drink freshly squeezed juice. It is very convenient- the SPA is open until 22.00, it's best to warm up in the evening in winter). We are very pleased with our stay at this hotel, and we look forward to meeting you again.
