My parents live in this building. We were riding in the elevator, stuck on the 8th floor. The elevator operator's call button did NOT WORK, the air did not enter the elevator, the elevator did not cool down, the cellular connection was constantly lost. Two infants had difficulty breathing. The weight of all people and the number of people were below acceptable. The reception and the building's technicians did nothing, they waited for the lifters, the rescue service did nothing, they said to wait for the lifters. The building technician and the emergency elevator operator who arrived an hour later said that the building management (Sembol group) KNEW that the elevator was faulty, the lock needed to be replaced.part of it, but didn't do anything about it. They allowed residents and guests to use the broken elevator without communication with the elevators!!
