We had a rest in September-October 2025. The territory is gorgeous, there is everything for children - a swimming pool, slides, workshops, a cable car park, a closed campus. The child was a little less than 3 years old - they left the babysitter for 2-3 hours in the evening. The beach is not very good - there are large and medium-sized stones in the sea, very sharp, local fish spawn in September, they bit hard, once even to the point of blood. The food is as monotonous as possible, there is very little choice for such a large hotel. There are many sports events and activities. I got the most budget room in the old main building - it was very tired, but it would do for sleeping and taking a shower. Alcohol is normal. There is plenty of coffee in a cafe on the edge of the territory. The trouble with the waiters is that if you don't ask, they may forget to come up. As usual, the sun beds are all occupied with towels in the morning.

The hotel was disappointing this time, the food is just disgusting. In the children's kitchen, the codon is generally the same for lunch. There is a dried lemon in the main restaurant, as if it was put on the table again from the previous day, boiled cauliflower is all black, are you even watching what you are cooking?) seafood is spoiled with batter, but it's not clear why. We've been fed red frozen fish a couple of times for a week, and thanks for that! Half of the greens are sluggish, also apparently left over from the previous day. We arrived with a small child in the morning and checked in at exactly 14:00, because the hotel was packed in October. The superior room with a view of the garden was, in fact, on another building, of course, even without hangers in the bathroom.

We stayed at this hotel in October, a family with two children. I was very surprised by the lack of high-quality fish products. Haddock and telapia were almost every day, that's all. Chicken every day, sometimes turkey. We are very disappointed, in terms of the food provided by the hotel. The worst hotel we've ever been to in Turkey. The rest was saved only by a clean, warm sea and a pleasant, not hot climate! Upon arrival, you will not even be offered a welcome glass of juice at the reception. Administrators communicate without much desire, only some of them will be ready to really help you. The rooms are generally 3 stars at most, not 5 stars at all. Moreover, this is a renovation in 2022. All the furniture is scuffed, the baseboards are gnawed, the bathroom doors are swollen from water. A shower is a separate trash! The shower tray is not normally deepened, there are no sides, and the water does not have time to drain. When you bathe, it all flows into the main room. When we were vacationing in another room, the water from the shower flowed into the main hall of the building, flooded the entire bedroom, people's belongings and suitcases. At the same time, they will promise to send you a Guest service, as was the case with us, but no one came! I had to swim under low water pressure so that the water would have time to leave. There are no normal extra beds for children! The 5* hotel has only sagging cots with a cheap mattress. I had to ask to combine our two beds and sleep on them with the child. The iron and ironing board were given for 30 minutes, and then after they almost had a fight with the reception because of this, since they iron only for money. As the cleaning lady told us, picking up the iron from the room, it costs 5 euros and 5 minutes! The food in the cafeteria is monotonous and heavy every day. There is no choice of salads. Mostly mutton. Rarely beef. The fruits are not tasty, the melon is green, not ripe. There are no freshly squeezed juices, only packaged ones. And this is a 5* hotel! It's boring in the evening: the shows start at 22:00, they go for 40 minutes at most. It is often the time of performance for children 6-10 years old. Adults have nothing to do. Alcohol is about nothing. Like our cheap Magnit wine for 200 rubles. The worst thing that has happened in Turkey. I liked the a la carte restaurants only Chinese and Italian, the food is delicious there, unlike in the dining room. Be careful on the territory: the fittings are sticking out right in the pedestrian zone! In general, there is not a foot in this hotel! And we will not advise anyone!
