It was effective once (I bought an ironing board), and twice I missed it: either the right oil seal for the hose in the shower, or there was no strainer for the teapot. Of course, it is difficult to have 1000 little things in a small store, but then the sign should not be misleading, should it not? That's why the score is 3.
