These people have their passports taken away for a week. And no one cares if people have something planned.
They don't even give out a certificate that they take your passport, how is that??? You can't even show where to show why there is no passport, Passport officers are rude, even if you calmly ask them "I can pay extra for accelerated production." Why is there not even such an option?

Unfortunately, after visiting this institution, there was a spoiled mood and wasted time. The employee was not only not friendly, but also, roughly speaking, "sent" without fulfilling her direct duties. If your employee doesn't want to work with people, maybe she should look for another job?!
